It makes phone calls
This is a basic backup or everyday phone. For the price, it’s great. It makes phone calls, and you can browse websites. Put in the SIM card ( in this case a T-mobile), go through a few steps and it’s up and running. It has a removable battery. I had to junk three previous phones that had non-removable batteries because they swelled up.

By your beware do not purchase this item it is garbage.
Outdated and missing items that are advertised…ie there is no charger. Also it crashes turns itself off constantly reboots itself and screen freezes it is really not worth any price. I ordered one they sent me a replacement with the exact same missing parts and the exact same problems. I would not purchase this if I were you. It’s not worth having even if it was free.

Doesn’t work – too old
Metro told me not to activate due to how old and outdated this phone is. I did anyway. Takes phone 10 minutes to start up and download all contacts and takes five minutes to complete a call. Total garbage. Do not purchase.

The top right has a bunch of scratched and the charger wire has a cut slice by the jack where it gets plugged in to the phone I would like a replacement or a full refund please and thank you
