This was a great buy, brand new no scratches works great no issues after 3 months of use. The best I was able to get activated with my mom same plan with out any problems, I’m so happy I purchased this item.

Bought one. First one could receive calls but other party could hear me speak. Asked for a replacement. That replacement stopped working in a month. Disappointed with this purchase. Seller was previously responsive had been helpful though.

I thought the mic didnât work until I realize the back cover didnât have a hole for the mic. I pierced hole and now people can hear me clearly.

The phone was packaged correctly. Once I opened the box … I noticed on the phone was printed AT&T. Unfortunately, the phone was unusable since our carrier is T-Mobile. I didn’t have the time to return it, however I would like to.

It’s a great device
My Alcatel Go Flip 3 was just like the photos. I purchased this device to downgrade my phone. I honestly am very happy with it. I’ve had it for over a month now and I can honeslty say I do not miss my iPhone. This phone is fantastic and I totally recommend if you are starting a digital minimalist style.The product does match the discription in every way and the seller was also easy to reach out to before the purchase and was kind enough to respond to all my questions.

internal speaker does not work
The phone was the phone I wanted but the internal speaker does not work. Have to use the outside speaker to talk on the phone. The phone barely rings on an incoming call.
