I like this PC set up the LEDs are colorfull and you can change the colors if wanted.the noise level under load isn’t loud at all good fan flow though the water resvoir. Not a bad price at all with the services given.A fast cpu i9 13900f. Paired with the RTX 4070 Nvidia gpu. Great functionality all together in this setup.fast delivery in the mail as well all together one of my best setups to date.

Constant issues with bluetooth
I constantly having issues with the bluetooth connection, and my controller keeps getting disconnected. This persists after I reinstalled and updated the bluetooth driver. Technically I can plug in a USB-C into my controller, but what a disappointment from a supposed-to-be premium product. I am returning it.Also, Windows is a nightmare. My wifi was off after a driver update, and suddenly I cannot log in to the system, since I haven’t set up a “local account”, and to log into the Microsoft account, I need wifi. But I need to log in first to configure the wifi… This is not Alienware’s fault, but a big no no and turn down for a decade-long Mac user.Otherwise, nothing to complain about, as it is indeed a powerful and beautiful gaming PC.

First impressions are good
I’m not a gamer and I solely purchased this to run 3D cad programs and render 3D graphics. That being said this does exactly what I need it to do. Setup was easy and it functions just as it should.

After playing consoles for years I finally decided to get a gaming PC after my brother and friends did the same. Amazing so far and have been playing STALKER 2 without any issues. Runs quiet as a mouse and the setup out of the box was very easy.

Decent for the price, heavy and loud
It is pretty decent for the price. It can run most everything on max settings.Itâs a lot heavier than I expected. About twice as heavy as my old PC.Fans run loud most of the time but if that bugs you, you can turn off the over clocking in the bios.It also puts off a fair amount of heat so make sure you have plenty of ventilation.Another thing to note is it comes with a weird square antenna for WiFi and Bluetooth. You may be tempted to not hook it up (as I was), but wireless devices will not work reliably without it. They may seem to work fine for a while but will randomly disconnect.

Great PC, Everything you could need
The pc runs wonderfully and I have no issue running any modeling programs or games on it. The cooling is super nice and it never overheats. A great option if looking for pre builds and really isnât that expensive compared to buying all the parts and pieces individually.

Intel i9 has issues.. Alienware is awesome
The i9 is trash and Dell basically told us to piss off. $2000 painful lesson. Dell and Alien is junk! Buy something else! 2 months old and Dell is not interested in backing a defective component. UPDATEðUpdate: After a few weeks of little to no communication, Dell sent a tech to our house in rural Michigan. At zero cost to us the CPU was replaced, and tested with very little downtime. The tech did it in our home with zero disruption of our complex network. Very competent and friendly house call. I have upgraded this experience to 5 stars and will not hesitate to purchase Alienware products again!

I can build PC i just didn’t want to put in the time looking up new parts i have not been keeping up on the lates news GAMERS NEXUS best U tube channel to get honest revies in my book anyway not that hard to find what parts i want but this would just save my time so looked for a pre build and found the R16 was better not just looking but performance (thermals) from R15this has a app to set up your fans, better to just use the default settingso far so good got this Feb 4 so 13 days in all is wellthis is posted on the 17th Feb

Only had a few days so far but so far I love it. Extremely quiet, you can see the Nvidia RTX graphics card logo through the glass on the left side, small enough to fit into most desk lower shelf compartments for towers. Fast performance, Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card handles all of my high graphics-intensive games phenomenally and the graphics quality is superb. Great computer for gaming or office.

The computer as its specified works as intended however Alienware as a Company cannot be more scummy.This computer was listed as on a deep discount for 3,023.99 CDN on black Friday, once the sale was over the fixed price shifted down to 3,099.99 CDNThe computer comes pre-loaded with “Killer Control Center” a bandwidth monitoring software that just ruins upload and download speeds. Webpages took a solid 1.5-2 secs to load, Sea of Thieves would not work because it requires an internet connection to Xbox Live services that the software would deem un-necessary. Delete this program first!! no idea who or why this would ever come pre-installed and turned on.
