Fantastic tablet mount!
This thing is so sturdy. It was very easy to install even though I thought at first glance it looked like a lot of random pieces. It holds my tablet in any position I could want. I really, really like it. There is no creeping over time or inability to hold a position because it’s too far out or something. This thing is rock solid. It’s great because I use it around a machine that causes some vibration and other mounts don’t hold up to that. I highly recommend this one!

The connections for this are 1″ ball mountThis tablet holder and mount is great quality! It has functioned well so far and is very sturdy. The tablet mount accommodates my iPad Pro and locks it in place securely. My review includes a photo of the tablet mount at full extension with measurement for reference. The joints are easy to tighten, loosen, and adjust. The arms have springs in them which I didn’t expect, but I appreciate it as it makes adjustment and installation/removal easier. All components are made of metal. The quality of this exceeded my expectations and I would purchase it again.

Solid, great adjustability
I’ve been using this on my aluminum profile sim rig to hold my tablet. I actually use RAM mounts for other things attached to my rig such as my Stream Deck — although RAM mounts are a little pricey, they have great adjustability and once tightened are rock solid. This is rock solid even with all of the articulating joints. Seriously, RAM mounts are fantastic and surprisingly sturdy. The tablet holder provided is also pretty genius as well. It has the typical spring loaded design that holds the tablet with pressure, but it also has an adjustment nob to fine tune the tension. This makes the tablet immobile even with movement & vibration. Even using touch gestures makes it seem like the tablet is sitting on a flat hard surface. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this one!

Very sturdy (as long as you dont mess with it)
This is a VERY sturdy tablet mount. It’s all Aluminum. There is no cheap suction or glue on base. This is a screw in the wall/table type of base. It is quite heavy for a Tablet mount. But it seems to add a bit of a luxury feel to it since it’s not cheap plastic.It does not stand that tall. Maybe total, with the tablet (iPad), you’re looking at a height of about 1.5ft. That’s to the top of the tablet (sitting horizontal). So roughly about 12inches to viewing center.This thing is robust! When you have all the joints locked in place. Trust me, the aren’t going anywhere. Consider this more of a permanent fixture mount. You set it to where you want it and that’s it. This is really not to be re-adjusted on a constant basis. As that’s where the issue (for me) lies.Due to the design of the product. There is 1 tension screw that controls both sides of the “clamp” that goes around the ball joints. Once you release this, both sides loosen up and it causes half the arm to flop down. You have to be careful when loosening (if your tablet is in place) so that it doesn’t come crashing down.That is the only gripe I have. Honestly, it’s really not a deal-breaker for me. But my initial use case warrants me re-adjusting the arm every so often. Having this setup makes that process a bit more tedious than I’d like. But I will find another use case for this arm and ensure that it’s a “set it and forget it” type of setup. One where it doens’t have to be moved…at all!The plus:-Very sturdy-All Aluminum design-Holds a lot of weight-Tablet clamp is very well made and holds your device securelyThe “not so great”:-No easily re-adjustable-Designed for a more “permanent” setupI will end up using this as a mount for one of my tablets for my home cameras. This way it is mounted and wont need to be moved. It will just be a surveillance system.

I’m liking it
I use an iPad 10th Gen for my ELD in my semi truck and this mount works great.Being that semi trucks have very solid suspensions, you feel almost everything on the road that you normally wouldn’t in a car… So plastic mounts don’t hold up too well.Everything about this mount is either aluminum or steel and I never have to worry about some thin piece of plastic snapping when I hit a hard bump.Also, when you tighten the clamp screws it doesn’t move at all like some others I have tried.

I’m using this to hold a 16″ QLED monitor beside my main monitor. Easy to install, adjust and holds in location firmly. Would recommend!

Nice for having a tablet nearby your desk setup
Some arms tend to sag the more you extend them, this one is compact enough for that not to be a problem. Each ball tightens quite a bit to lock everything in place. using with a standard 10″ tablet as an extended screen.
