Top Tier CPU you won’t have to upgrade for years
You should get a 8 core chip over the cheaper 6 core chipsIt’s not just productivity but also gaming and you won’t need to upgrade for a number of yearsIt’s Rock Solid and super fast also very easy to cool.yes review sites were disappointed about the performance increase over the 7700Xbut the improvements are also a better memory controller and less power (Cooler running)Don’t cheap out on the CPU

Came late but itâs was a good product
The item came a fews days later than promised but Amazon help it to arrive and gave a credit for my trouble overall once I finally got my hands on it. The cpu performs great and is capable of running cod at good setting np im currently maxing out my 4060ti and this thing is at base clock might not be as great as the 98x3d but still offers great performance at reduced wattage and itâs really hard to get a 9800x3d this is available anywhere

All that on 65w?
Impressive chip, but expensive. Very fast all around and just sips power. It gets a lot of hate, but I personally love the efficiency gains with this gen. 7700x was hot and hungry. This out performs it and is very easy to keep cool. Perfect for SFF PC’s!

It doesn’t deserve a lot of the hate
The low tdp means this CPU is amazing for low performance coolers and itx cases, it’s price is a bit steep for a lower mid range CPU like it’s self but it can run most of the games I play at 165 fps all of them are very CPU based, temps dont go above 85 even with the 105watt tdp mode and pbo enabled and all I have is a thermalright aqua elite 240 in a LianLi a4 H20. It’s stable and hasn’t crashed ever overall the hate it receives I don’t think is deserved anyway good CPU I would recommend

This CPU is very good and stays below 65 deg C with Overclocking and playing games. Using NZXT 360mm AIO to keep it cool. AsRock X870 riptide wifi motherboard which as PBIO presets for Overclocking. DDR5 G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series 16×2 memory with CAS Latency CL30 and 6400 speed.

Excelente procesador, su rendimiento es excepcional y sus temperaturas muy buenas, el único pero que le pondrÃa es el precio pero fuera de eso es una excelente compra. Tengo el procesador con un enfriamiento liquido de 360mm pero por lo que veo puede ir con un enfriador de aire pero de doble torre como el Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120

I don’t notice any dropped frames in any of the games I previously did, Photo editing, and photogrammetry in webODM/meshroom is much faster. runs cool and efficient, but can be overclocked easily in BIOS.for pure gaming I would recommend X3D, but this one is great for mixed use.
