1. Why is “Screen Time”, “Battery Cycle”, “Total Input”, and “Total Output” not showing “0” on the display?

To ensure the quality of the product, rigorous tests were conducted. The values recorded during the production and testing process were:

(a) “Battery Cycle” should be 0 and “Battery Health” should be 100%.

(b) Other information should not be 0.

2. Why does the battery drain so quickly?

When the Settings selection screen is always on, both the screen and MCU are working, so it is normal that the battery drains quickly. It uses 15% of the battery in about 24 hours. We recommend turning off the display screen when not in use.

3. Why can’t the power reach 140W?

To reach 140W, you need to use a cable that supports PD 3.1 and a device that supports PD 3.1 input such as the 2021 MacBook Pro 16″.

4. Why does USB-A port show 0.1W output when the power bank is not connected to any device?

1. Even if the device is unplugged when charging with USB-A, it will continue to output a small current to prevent the device from being fully charged, and it will last for about 2 minutes.

2. In trickle-charging mode, the output of USB-A is 0.1W.

5. Is the power bank allowed on flights?

Yes, it is flight-approved and allowed on a plane.

    Lasts for so, so long
I took this on a camping trip. I know camping is about getting away from it all but I still have devices to charge and roughing it or no having a product like this makes any trip away from an outlet a stress-free experience. This bank is small enough to sit in a backpack, laptop bag, toiletry bag, whatever you got. Just not your pocket. The little display panel is the absolute coolest. Real time stats will satisfy any curiosity you have about what the unit is doing at any moment in time. The battery is able to both draw 140W and output 140W. Doing so will deplete it quickly but the ability to accomplish such a feat is noteworthy.I always take this with me on trips, whether camping or on the road. You never know when you’ll need it and this thing is big enough to weather any storm you may have if temporarily away from the comfort and safety of an electrical outlet.

    Incredible speed and capacity
The pros:- Fast speed (also has super fast charging for my samsung phone, which was nice, charges faster than when I use the wall adapter)- Large capacity (can charge my laptop from 0% to 100% and still have juice left to get more (probably another 50%?)- Able to charge even while I’m actively using my laptop- The smart display is great. Very clear and intuitiveThe cons:- It’s heavy, not the sort of thing you’ll carry in your pocketI have only had for 1 month as of this review, so can’t speak to longevity. I carry it in my bag all the time now, it is basically more useful than carrying my power adapter because it can be used on my phones or my computer and it is less cabling and more portable. Probably just as heavy as my laptop’s power adapter though.

    Versatile
This charger is heavier than it looks, so maybe for some people it might not be as convenient. I have no issue with it. It’s not in my pocket. That was my ‘negative’ for this product. Now to the good stuff. Oh it didn’t come with a charger but it comes with a charging cable rated at 140W to match the power bank max output and input charging. I don’t own any of those Apple products but I did charge someone’s Iphone with it with their cord, so I know it can charge Iphones if anyone is wondering. I really bought it thinking it would charge my son’s laptop but it can’t the port on his laptop doesn’t allow charging, just data transfer. It’s a gaming laptop, so even the Wattage was sufficient, there was no way to charge it with this device. It does charge a laptop I have here that has the port that allows it, as quickly as the laptop charger (that only outputs 45W) and yes the digital screen on the power bank shows it is outputting 45W to it. It will fluctuate between 42 to 46W but I think this is normal. When the laptop (or any other device connected to it) is fully charged, it will stop. I should check to see if it will start to charge again if I start using the device connected to it. It probably will though, this device kinda smart to check these things. It also allows you to charge devices while being charged. Maybe that is the new standard but not much power banks did that before, so the fact that this one does it pretty cool. Back to the screen. It displays some nice information. It will give you an estimate how long the connected device will take to reach 100% in real time. It also does this when you are charging the bank itself. It tells you how long it will take for it to be fully charged. Yes it can do it simultaneously. So it can tell you how it will take to reach 100% and tell you how long devices connected will take to reach 100%. While being charged, you can only charge two devices (USB A and USB C) because one of the ports (the main USB C) is both input and output. When it not being charged, it can charge 3 devices at the same time. Remember thought that device output 140W max so it will adjust accordingly. I am able to charge my laptop (the 45W one), my Samsung phone and some Bluetooth ear plugs (or another phone) all at once and it won’t even run down the power bank. I don’t use it daily, so I haven’t needed it to charge it too often but it doesn’t take long to charge. I honestly much check how long but I haven’t needed more than an hour so far. I haven’t run it down too low either, lowest being 15%. Off course it will take longer to charge if you are charging devices at the same time, although I haven’t done so as it yet. Another thing I need to check. Now the questions people make ask…. tldrIs it worth this price? I paid 90 something for it, so yes worth it for me. Right now it cost $109.99, so still worth it for me. Now for the List Price of $149.99, I wasn’t buying it at that price.Does it do what it states in the description section? Yes it does and then some. Everything is states it does is accurate. Will I buy it again? This will last for quite a while for me so hopefully I won’t have to replace it soon. I am hoping by the time I will need to replace this that Anker will have upgraded this to something more powerful or more wattage ( they do have that presently) for a similar price or according to cost of living if you know what I mean.Do I recommend this? TOTALLY worth it at the prices I mentioned. I didn’t say it in the review but because the smart charging with it, your devices are safe from overcharging and so on. Yes I trust my devices with this power bank more than the chargers that come with them.Hope this review was helpful.

Reliable battery and can function as an UPS too
I had this battery since Mar ’23 and it’s still going strong after a 1.5 years. It’s at 88% battery capacity left which is impressive because to me it was almost used on a daily basis. What I like about this battery is that it also starts to provide power to connected devices immediately when I charge the battery at 0%. So yes it also does passthrough charging. My recent AOHI Starship battery does passthrough charging too, but it only charges connected devices when the battery itself reaches about 15% first. I would also have to re-connect the cable to my devices to actually initiate the charging which is inconvenient for me. The Anker 737 just powers my devices automatically without any re-plugging of cables. My only minor complaint for passthrough charging is that it will momentary reconnect devices if you stop charging the battery pack by disconnecting the cable. I only noticed this interaction because I had niche use case of powering home security cameras and it would reboot when I pulled the charging cable. Otherwise the battery itself provided easily 8+ hours of a camera that only pulled 6W. I had my moments staying at places with unreliable power, so it was pretty cool the battery functioned as a very basic uninterruptible power supply. The battery does provide 140W output and input. I hardly needed that much output considering my Macbook took less than 100W. It was cool to see the battery charge at 140W with a proper PD3.1 12V car charger, so I can also get a quick recharge too. Personally I stick with 100W 12V car chargers since I rather not test the limits of the car’s fuse. All in all this battery has been by my side and I’m kicking myself over not buying another one when it reached $88.

I have had Anker power banks for years. They’re great for charging up my phone & other devices on the go. But I realized that the smaller ones that I have won’t charge my laptop. I was happy to see that Anker had a larger power bank to solve this issue.Let me be clear, it is a heavy power bank. But it charges my Surface, my Dell laptop & my iPad without any issues. This will be a great thing for travel. I also love that there is a protective case available for it so I can protect it when it’s in my knapsack when I’m traveling. love the digital display that tells you not only what level it’s at. But it also shows how fast it’s charging up or discharging to charge up a device. It does take awhile to change up but not as long as I thought it would. Overnight, it went from 24% to 80%. If I use a faster charger (like the USB C one I use to charge my laptop) then it’s going to charge up faster as well.As with all Anker products, I expect it to last quite awhile. This is definitely a great purchase of you want to charge up things like laptops that are often power hogs.

Maches safety specifications for airplane travel, gets charged and charges fast. The display monitor is very convenient. It is a bit bulky, but I guess it needs to be to provide such power.
