This charger is designed exclusively for iPhone 12 and later models that support magnetic wireless charging. Use Apple’s official magnetic phone cases and avoid using cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging.
Does the MagGo charging station come with a USB-C wall charger?

When it comes to mobile device charging and power supplies, Anker stands above all others. The only other brand I consider is Belkin, but Ankerâs products are superior and usually less expensive. This stand does exactly what it is supposed to in the sturdiest and most compact and streamlined way. The MagSafe charging is Apple certified to the latest standard, which means youâll get the fastest MagSafe charging available for your device, it operates flawlessly, and most importantly the base is heavy and the magnets are strong and hold the phone firmly without any tilting or sliding occurring. I use this in my office where it takes up very little space on a cluttered desk. This is the one without the watch charger, but I also have that one in my bedroom. Both are fantastic. Donât waste money on flimsy chargers with non-MagSafe charging or outdated/unrated connector cables. Use the supplied cable and charger for best performance.

MagSafe speeds with a useful AirPods charger, too!
Iâve been looking for a charging stand ever since Apple announced Night Stand mode but Iâve been disappointed. The majority of charging stands with their own charging puck only charge iPhones at 7.5W, which is half as fast as it can be charged. Finally, the Qi standard evolved with Appleâs help and third-party MagSafe chargers reached 15W. This stand is a 15W Qi2 charger, which basically makes it a MagSafe charger and it charges iPhones quickly.The stand is solidly built with a small footprint. Plug it in and it works. The one problem I have with it is one of two things. Either the magnets are too strong or the pivoting hinge on the puck is too loose. When you go to pick your phone up off the charger, the magnets are so strong that the iPhone doesnât come loose without moving the angle of the puck, which makes it quite annoying to constantly be adjusting it each time you use it. Iâm still new at it, but Iâm sure thereâs a good way to pull it off without moving anything. This problem doesnât happen with an official MagSafe charger paired with a TwelveSouth Forte stand. I supposed there could do to be more weight in the base, too, as itâs very easy to move accidentally and the non-slip rubber on the bottom doesnât have enough force behind it to friction accordingly.That said, this is easily the best option out there if you have an iPhone and AirPods. The charger in the base is rated for 5W, I think, but Iâm not sure if you get 5W on the bottom and 15W on the top at the same time or whether the whole thing is limited to 15W from both AirPods and iPhones together. Iâm a big fan of these stands and Iâll certainly be keeping mind.Errata: Anker is a great brand and Iâve been using their products for years now without issue so Iâd trust this stand despite the good deal at $46. Also, the stands do not come with power bricks so youâll have to provide your own. Iâd recommend Appleâs official 20W charger, but it might be a bit expensive. Either way, at least with the 20W charger youâre guaranteed to be able to do 15W and 5W at the same time if the stand can do that. The Hevanto stand I have came with only a 15W charger for Watch, Pods and Phone, but the device only did 7.5W so it worked out.Good luck and I hope you enjoy this should you choose to purchase it. I donât think youâll be disappointed.

Outstanding product with a small flaw and a simple fix…
The stand is almost perfect. The magsafe is strong and my phone easily finds the sweet spot. The charger has a nice heft to it, and the excellent build quality I have come to expect from anker. It is made from plastic and metal but appear to be very good materials.The diameter of the base is about 3.75″ which is nice and compact. The only adjustment is an narrow up/down for the phone angle which should cover anyone with a standing desk. It would be nice if the phone can move side-to-side but it’s not a huge deal. Also the adjustment we do have is extremely smooth and high quality feeling. Hard to explain but there’s no rattle or creaking like cheaper devices.There’s a small inset area for the airpods case which makes it easy to find the charging sweet spot by feel.It charges my iPhone quickly. Same with my airpods. Two little white LEDs give us the charge status of each device. The LEDs are visible but not distracting in the dark.The only issue with this charger is that it’s not heavy enough to counteract the strong magsafe magnets holding the phone in place. This makes it annoying to place the phone on and off with a single hand. In fact, when you try to remove the phone the only way you can do it with 1 hand without also lifting the charger is by tilting the phone all the way backwards until it “snaps” off the magnets. It’s doable but requires some thought.The simple fix? I just used some gorilla mounting putty and stuck 10 tiny dots of it under the base of the charger (avoiding the charger’s own silicone pad) and gently pressed it onto my desk. The putty is cheap, removable, and I promise you will find a dozen other uses for it around the house, haha. It also nicely keeps the charger in place. You can use any adhesive “tac” brand like uhu. You could also use double sided tape if you want a more permanent solution.So in summary, we have another high quality product from Anker. I rely on them for all my chargers and cables and they’ve yet to let me down.My advise to Anker is to include a few strips of removable adhesive with these chargers. It won’t cost that much to include but will make the user experience much better!

At first, when browsing for a standing/magnetic desk charger I looked at this product and honestly didnât think I would like it that much, I was looking for a different form factor and felt this design was too predictable and basic. However, after receiving a different magnetic charger, closer to the form factor I desired and being disappointed with it, I realized I was actually all-wrong about what I wanted. This form factor is actually perfect, fits even with my ESR metal kickstand mounted to the bottom of my phone. You can rotate to horizontal for the nightstand Lock Screen, watch notifications roll in hands free, and ultimately it blends in perfectly with my desk setup.Worth noting: this thing does not come with a charge brick, make sure you have a fast charger to go with this.The magnet is strong, you get a proper âclunkâ and the official apple magnetic puck charginganimation, so you know itâs legit. Doesnât overheat or anything silly like that. The stand stays put as you pull your phone away from the magnet (with a little bit of a tilt) making it easily usable with one handâone of the main advantages for wireless charging afterall.Considering how well built and thought out this device is and the fact you can also charge your AirPods at the same time, Iâd say itâs a fair value for the money. Would have been a steal if they included a charge brick!

Bought this for my work desk for use with my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Going from a standard stand to this is a bigger and better change than just charging it using MagSafe, the angles itâll adjust too are great, portrait to landscape, or angling it so the office light isnât reflecting on screen, no problem! This phone is also very sturdy on it, no way is it falling off and thatâs with a MagSafe case still on too. I actually have to hold the base of the stand down to pull it off itâs that strong. Really impressed. Charge speed seems fine but Iâve no way of verifying itâs 15w. Overall very impressed. I donât leave many reviews!
