For iPhone 14 series and earlier models, use a USB-C to Lightning cable (not included).
Specs: Capacity: 5,000mAh USB-C Input: 5V⎓3A / 9V⎓2A USB-C Output: 5V⎓3A / 9V⎓2.22A / 10V⎓2.25A Total Output: 18W Max Weight: 3.5 oz (100 g)
Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
The capacity reduction during charging is due to a 30% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion circuitry. Therefore, a fully charged Anker Nano Power Bank offers an estimated 2,750mAh to 3,500mAh to power devices.
How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?
To estimate the number of charges: (Power Bank Capacity × 0.65) ÷ Device Battery Capacity. For example, a 5,000mAh power bank gives an iPhone 15 (3,877mAh) about 0.8 charges, and an iPhone 15 Pro Max (4,852mAh) about 0.64 charges.
How can I charge an iPhone 14 Pro Max with this power bank?
To charge iPhones prior to the iPhone 15 series, an additional USB-C to Lightning cable is required (not included).

YOU NEED THIS!!!
The Anker iPhone 16 Portable Charger is an outstanding little powerhouse that has become my go-to for keeping my USB-C iPhone and other USB-C devices charged on the fly; so good that I actually have bought two of them! It provides just the right amount of juice to bring a completely drained device back to full and even leaves a bit of extra charge in the tank. One of the coolest features is the built-in USB-C plug that flips up, allowing you to plug the charger directly into a USB-C port for recharging (no extra cables required). Itâs so convenient and brilliantly designed. The additional USB-C port is a fantastic touch, making it easy to charge other devices with different connection needs. Compact, reliable, and incredibly well-thought-out, this portable charger is a must-have for anyone who wants dependable power on the go. Anker has truly knocked it out of the park with this one!Note: I have had this portable charger for months now and have had no issues at all! I have also used it to charge nearly any device I have. You can purchase adapters here on amazon such as USB-C to Lightning, Micro, or USB-A to allow this device to charge nearly any other device!

Itâs so compact and is the most convenient thing to use when youâre on the go to keep your phone charged. No cords needed!

May have received a bad Anker Nano Power Bank charger? (UPDATE)
UPDATE:I’ve changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Anker seems to be a legitimate honest copy — they contacted me shortly after my review and offered to refund my money back. They seem to care about their customers, which is a rare thing nowadays with most other companies. So A+ on the customer service! It appears the item I received had a faulty battery. Since Anker stands by their product, and communicates back with the buyer and is honest, I wouldn’t hesitate to try buying from this company again. It seems I was one of the rare 3 or 4 people out of a thousand to get a faulty battery. I guess it wasn’t my day.OLD:I tested the âAnker Nano Power Bank with built in USB-C connectorâ and the results were not impressive at all. However, it’s possible this maybe because I got a bad charger. Here’s what my test showed:Using the power bank charged fully to 100%, I plugged the Anker power bank into my phone. My phone has a 5000mah capacity battery â the same amount of power that Anker claims the Nano can provide. The power bank charged exactly 1 hour and 8 minutes before it died at 0%. My phone was at 27% battery life before charging. After charging my phone with the Anker Nano, it was only able to get my phones battery up to 91% from 27%. So, thatâs 27% to 91%. That means this Anker Nano power bank only provided 64% of charge…Doing the math, that means that this is either a bad product; thereâs been some false claims, or I received a half functioning dud with a bad battery If the Anker Nano I received isnât a dud, then that means this power bank is only capable of 3200mah and not the 5000mah power Anker claims or advertises. However, I understand most power banks will be about 10 to 15% off from the mah power that manufactures claim. But since the Anker Nano could only provide my 5000mah phone with 64% juice, that equals out to 36% deficiency in itâs mah power claims. Thatâs pretty high seeming this is suppose to be a well known and trusted top company. So overall, Iâm not impressed at all and feel a little cheated after testing it out. There are several other brand options I could’ve choose from in around the same price range, so Iâm not feeling certain I made the right choice and feel pretty dissapointed.PROS:-Itâs compact. It looks nice.CONS:-1 hour and 8 minutes charge time before power bank dies.-Provides only 64% juice to a 5000mah phone battery before it dies.-Doing the math, 64% = 3200mah of power, not 5000mah of power as described by Ankerâs description. (…however, it is possible mine may be a dud??)Conclusion: I plan to test some more Anker and other branded products in the future, and I will update once my comparison is complete. I am still searching for a lightweight charging option that works with at least 80% efficiency, as most good power banks do.

No wires needed
I liked the design so much, I bought a second one plus another one with a Apple lightning jack. It’s not meant to fully charge a phone, but provides enough of a charge to keep the phone usable until you get to your main charger. Compact enough to fit in a pocket and best of all it has a built in USB-C or Apple lightning jack so no need to carry wires with you. As with all Anker products, this looks well built with the jack flipping out of the way when not in use. It also charges the phone quickly with a 15W output (measured on my Motorola 5G phone). Note that the power bank can get a little warm while charging, enough that you probably won’t put it in a pocket next to you skin while it is charging a phone. It can recharge either with the USB-C port on the side OR via the same jack used for charging your device, which is really handy (again no wires required to charge the power bank when using the built-in jack). The one with the lightning jack can only be charged via the USB-C port and therefore would require a wire to recharge.Highly recommended.

Works quick
I was so happy to find a charger that is not bulky and does not require a cord. I travel, and I take lots of pictures. This gives me a charge until I can get back to the car or where I am staying. Itâs never let me down, and I always have battery charge to spare. What took so long to come up with this idea? LOL. Keep in mind it can take several hours to recharge. That is common with a battery pack.

Charging a bit slower than expected for a battery that claims 22.5W, but it does do the job. For any Pro/Ultra phones with a large battery, you can expect to topup from 15% => ~80%. Recharging the battery to full takes around 2-3 hours, max input is 5V3A or 9V2A.

As expected from a reputable brand like Anker, this does not disappoint. Does everything exactly as advertised and charges my S22 Ultra to about 70% which is about right with battery loss the efficiency is right around where I would expect. Works well with new iPhone 15 series and is very portable due to the flip up USB C connector. Will have to look out for this in the future as I suspect that will be the main point of failure given the constant up/down movement when charging/putting away.
