Great for when you are not home
Bought this to use when i leave the house. The power it has is great for charging your phone especially if you use a type c charger. It is durable but it can still take damage and brake as long as you are not super rough with it. It design is slim and does not inconvenience you much except for having to carry it around. It is worth the money and i would recommend this product to everyone.

Fast Charge, Faster Customer Service
Update: Having worked with Anker Customer Service and received a replacement for my defective power bank I can now say I am very satisfied with this product.Original review for context: I purchased the “Anker Portable Charger, USB-C Portable Charger 10K with 20W Power Delivery” hoping for a reliable power bank to accompany me on my trips. Initially, the charger seemed promising. It charged devices at an impressive speed, and its battery capacity felt sufficient for multiple charges. However, my optimism was short-lived.Just a few weeks after receiving it, and crucially, right after I embarked on my trip, the charger stopped functioning. No matter which device I attempted to plug in or the type of cable I used (and I tried several known working ones), it simply wouldn’t charge. The power bank’s indicators showed a full charge, so the issue wasn’t a drained battery.I was fortunate that I never found myself in dire need of a charge during my journey. However, if I had truly depended on it in an emergency, this product would have let me down.In conclusion, while the initial performance was commendable, the reliability left much to be desired. I cannot recommend the Anker PowerCore Slim 10K PD, especially for those seeking a dependable travel companion.

Works amazing!
My car’s lighter went out and the USB doesn’t hold a charge. Needed something next day before a 7 hour road trip. Based on reviews and price, bought. Luckily, it had some charge so it was fully charged by time the road trip kicked off. I say this because it does take awhile for it to be fully charged.Fast charging for most of our devices and love both the ports as we can charge headphones and tablets at the same time. At first I had to get used to the weight but once tossed in a backpack for all day tourist-ing, you can barely feel it. I’ve had it for over a month now and we use it almost daily now. With hurricane season approaching, this makes a great travel companion and emergency charger when power goes out. Definitely recommend!

Works great UNLESS it’s hot outside
Overall, I’m pleased as punch with this thing! My classic car doesn’t have anything to plug stuff into so this works great for keeping my phone charged when I’m in that car. Heck, it does a better job than the outlets IN my modern car. HA! I did discover one downside today though. It was over 80 today and I had it in my back pocket, charging my phone while playing Pokemon Go and it would suddenly stop charging. Then it would charge really slowly. So I think it got hot. Once in the air conditioning of the modern car, it was back to normal. IDK. Anyway, it holds it’s own charge for a long time. It’s well made. Slim like a phone and, overall a great deal!!

Great battery pack
Charges fast and holds the charge for quite some time. It’s very thin and portable plus it has USB-C which is good too. It works exactly as advertised and it was an amazing price. Definitely if anyone in your family travels or drains their battery fast on their tablet or whatever else this is a great gift.

Didn’t work, even once – BUT seller refunded
I bought this right before a trip. I fully charged it up and took it with me. I tried to use it later that day, but it had no charge. After I got home, I tried again. Same thing. It’s a dud, but unfortunately, I threw out the packaging when I got it so I can’t return it. I’ve had good luck with every other Anker product before (even other portable chargers), just not this one.UPDATE: They offered a refund, which I really appreciate. I’m updated to full stars because other chargers I’ve purchased were excellent, and they are working to fix the issue with the one that wasn’t.

Great Charger
I have 3 of these in the household and they all have been super reliable. Do exactly as advertised and are made from a reliable brand. Highly recommend.

The best on the market!
This small backup charger is the best one I have ever used period. It will charge a completely dead cell phone 2 times and still have power left over. This is the fastest and best charger I have ever used and would not hesitate to buy another one. It is the same size as a cell phone and packs easily. I have tried other brands and this one beats them all!!!

UPDATE – Anker reached out to discuss my concerns and their product line up. They also resolved the issue that went above and beyond. Their customer service has proven once again to be 10/10, just as solid as the reliability and quality of their power banks (which explains why I have so many of them).XxxxxxxxxI have bought several Anker power banks in the past which were 26K, 20K & 10K. This time, I bought an Anker 10K PD and an INIU 10.5K PD. Below are the pro’s and con’s of the Anker 10K PD:Pros:- Works as advertised and feels solid just like previous products.Cons:- To my surprise, the INIU 10.5K PD is noticeably lighter and smaller in dimension. Hence noticeably more portable. The INIU 10.5K PD is almost 20% smaller and about 40 grams lighter.- The INIU 10.5K PD came with a carrying case even though its cheaper than Anker. I think it was not a good decision by Anker to remove the carrying pouch when their competition provides it for less.- The INIU 10.5K PD came with an extra USB-A port and a flash light.- The INIU 10.5K PD looks and feels much better due to the texture of the exterior material.- The INIU 10.5K PD has a little tab you can slide open to rest your phone while watching something and charging at the same time. Conclusion – Anker has good legacy products but they are falling behind the competition in terms of design, dimensions and overall price value. I would encourage Anker to find a way to stay competitive.
