This was the first time that I have purchased a renewed item. I was so back and forth about it. Reading the reviews was a big help (as it always is). Then the cost savings was substantial. Iâm so pleased with my renewed iPad. The battery life is amazing and it performs just as a new one does. There were some superficial scratches on the back side but I use a case so, to me, it is pretty nonexistent. It came with a brand new charging cord and adapter. I chose 256 gb so I wonât run out of space anytime soon. Huge upgrade from my 32! Highly recommended.

Bought the 9th generation iPad premium renewed and it came in its original box. The cords were still factory bound. Set up was quick and it works great. So glad I chose this.

It looks brand new which is a very good thing but having trouble updating the software on it it says it’s connected to the internet but once I’m trying to update it it says it’s not able to cause it’s not connected to the internet and I’ve tried everything to get it to work and nothing but so far that’s the only issue I have.

This is a scam. iPad is locked and can’t be used for anything. Doesn’t tell you this until they link to your old iPad and wifi so now I’ll be changing passwords and watching for sketchy activity.
