Apps keep closing, tried getting an exchange or refund but it was denied. Stuck with a broken ipad. Gonna try insurance as a last resort.

Awesome….but not exactly what I ordered.
So I ordered the one with WiFi and the latest iPad at the time so it would work with ipencil but what I got was a generation down that the ipencil was not compatible with. So beaware and check u receive the correct product when u order and return if u don’t. I kept mine. Very happy with it except for the two things I mentioned above. It does everything else I needed it to do. I work mainly online and in the cloud. Has tons of memory, which was an issue in the past with apple products for me. Accepts my love affairs with Google and Amazon and the os doesn’t fight that. I love the ease of start up and use. I came from a chrome tablet before. Has been very durable. No screen issues. Would buy again but maybe not from Amazon so I know I’m getting what I ordered

So far, so good, just got it today and it’s working well – but ran into a problem as it won’t update the operating system to 17+ so I couldn’t move over my iPhone to it, it won’t get updates on certain apps, and so on. I was on the phone with Apple and they couldn’t help, either. It’s in really good shape, otherwise, but this is frustrating and limiting.
