Great Condition on Arrival, Dead in 2 Months
Loved the speed, display, sound, and camera! I had it connected to a little Bluetooth keyboard and case so that it converted to a tiny laptop. After switching from a 5-year old budget Android, this is a proper computer! I bought it refurbished.About 80% of the time, I couldn’t unlock the tablet when it was plugged in and charging with the charger it came with. (Cheapo non-apple charger.) It said âpress home to unlockâ, but wouldnât react to fingerprint, bring up the password keypad, or do nothing when I hit the home button. I had to disconnect it from power to unlock it. Not a problem when using an apple charger, though. This is annoying, but common according to internet, and if itâs the only glitch, thatâs ok with me.Edit: The tablet suddenly shut off without warning, never to revive. It hadn’t been slow or glitchy or anything, just totally out of the blue. I’m thankful it occurred within the amazon return window but now I have a convertible tablet cover, wireless keyboard, glass protector and $48 insurance policy for a computer I no longer have 🙁

Stopped working after 5 months
This was a refurbed product and I realize that was what I was buying, however, I did expect it to last more than 5 months. Pretty disappointed with the repair quality as this iPad was never dropped and has been in a case the entire time. I turned it off today and it wonât turn on – at least the screen wonât turn on, I can still hear it make sound from plugging it in to charge.
