They satisfy the customer.
Buy from this company. I ordered the iPad and the first order cam and there was only a phone case in the box. I immediately requested a replacement and returned the phone case. A replaced was sent in two days. Not sure what happened and why the ipad was not sent the first time. Functionality at a lower price. I bought it refurbished and It looked new and performed like new.

Never buy refurbished electronics
Do not buy refurbished electronics from Amazon. They will not refund you the entire amount you paid for the product itâs only partial. Worst experience ever! It over heats doesnât charge well bc of overheating and when fully if itâs lucky to reach 100% it dies rather quickly.

buyer beware- cannot support ios16
The iPad Air 2 and other older generation models cannot support ios16 or newer operating systems, so apps that require it will not work.

Bought a tablet with cellular and it came with a broken sim card slot. Like wtf i dont mind refurbished but dont sell something has having features that are actually busted and not working. So unhappy. Just got the replacment in and it came with a broken volume button. I would suggest finding a different reseller honestly
