Excellent buy
The 12.9â iPad Pro arrived early. When I opened the package and inspected the iPad, I was very pleased. It looks brand new. The case and screen are flawless it operates very fast and is very responsive. You wouldnât know that it is a refurbished device. I bought it primaril to convert my sheet music to digital, and I am so glad that I bought this one. I paid less than a third of the price of a new one. I donât need all of the additional specs of the newer generations, this serves my purpose perfectly. I highly recommend this iPad Pro.

Upon removing the ipad from the package it looked like it was brand new. The screen was absolutely perfect and the over all condition was excellent.I plugged it in using the supplied charger and cable and it worked and charged up fully to 100%. The wifi and data worked perfectly.I had to go and get a SIM card from my cell provider to put in the ipad but they gave me the SIM card for free and activated it while I waited.There was a $40 dollar activation fee, but the next day I called my cell provider and they waved the 40 dollar activation fee.I used the Ipad on both wifi & cellular data and it worked fine and battery held up like it should.Overall, no complaints I am totally satisfied with the purchase. I recommend for sure.

Do not buy refurbished!
Ok, got it, and it wouldn’t stay on for longer than 2 minutes. After much trial and error, I find out the battery is dead. So after a long search, I find a store willing and able to replace the battery. 3 batteries later and another month gone by, I find out it’s the board. 650+ dollars down the drain and much hair pulling. Note to self and anyone reading this: Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT buy refurbished.

I am delighted with the product, I have been wanting an Ipad Pro for drawing for quite some time. It came packaged very well with all the items that should come with pad. I purchased the refurbished item, and you’d never know the difference, it is perfect ! – I highly recommend getting the pencil as well as the Apple Keyboard (cover).. I am delighted with my purchase!

This iPad is in reasonably good condition as described and the battery condition is reasonable at 87%. The screen is near perfect.Unfortunately the description doesn’t give the model number or year of manufacture.I should probably have tried to ask the question but made a bad assumption that this device would be more up to date.I am returning it and will look for a more recent model . I’m sure it would be fine for many uses. There are risks to shopping for used equipment.

I couldn’t be happier with the purchase
After reading all the reviews and having the Amazon refurbished guarantee i decided to purchase this product. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase! Came in perfect condition and I saved hundreds of dollars! The charger that is shipped with this item isn’t great but neither was the one that was originally shipped by Apple, everyone was complaining it wasn’t charging their iPad pro fast enough. If you’re getting the 12.9 inch, like I did, I suggest you purchase the 29w Usb-c charger and the usb-c to lightning charger as well. It will make charging much faster. I would recommend this to anyone and will be purchasing more products from this seller.

Very good price but the iPad was not working righthome button was stuck among other things .. ask for a refund ..took about a week good seller !!
