Best Car phone holder!!!
This is the best car phone holder I’ve owned! It goes right into your CD slot and is extremely sturdy! I can go over bumps on the road and it’s not moving or falling down! It’s adjustable to your phone even with the case! I have a Samsung Galaxy s15 with a case and pop socket on the back and it fits! I say definitely get this if you’re thinking about it already!

I got this for my car because the one I had kept falling off on the floor but this one is very sturdy and stays in place, easy to use and the set up was very easy it adjusts perfectly I donât have to worry about it falling on the floor while Iâm driving

This phone holder does its job perfectly! Just a heads-upâI donât have a CD player at all. I drive a 2019 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with the Hemi engine and needed a reliable phone holder. I used to have one very similar to this, but after 15 years, the plastic started to break.Hereâs how I made this holder work: I wedged it between the radio and the door, and it holds pretty securely. The first three pictures show it holding a Pixel 8 Pro, and the last image shows a Pixel 9 Pro with a case.

This is my third cell phone holder for a CD slot from APPS2
This is my third purchase from APPS2. My first one was magnetic and worked great for 2+ years, until the Florida sun damage destroyed the plastic screw for the ball/holder, and it cracked and fell off. I ordered another because it works.I have had the second one for at least 2 years and it still works great, except I have a new phone case that is too heavy for the magnet. Therefore, my third purchase was for one with a grip. It was a little stiff upon opening and the instructions are self-help diagrams, the size of a business card. I figured it out and it’s been in my car since yesterday. It works so far. 10/26/2024. I’ll write back if it fails.

Great improvement
This mounts easily and tightly into the cd player of my 2013 Cruze, doesn’t block any vents, and is a huge improvement over dash mounted phone holders. I use my phone on Spotify + GPS while driving and don’t need to access the radio buttons but it does block some of them if you don’t.I’ve only used it for 2 weeks but the phone has never fallen out or rattled loose and holds tightly. The adjustment knob on the back is still tight and the holder holds the phone without twisting. I drive on terrible Michigan roads with lots of bumpy driving and it’s still hasn’t come loose or dropped the phone. I’m using a USB-C cable but a USB-C magnet charger adapter will be a nice addition. There’s plenty of room for the cord/adapter.

It Works Great….but…
The main thing I’m having trouble getting used to is the ledge the phone sits on. You do need to snake your charging cord through it….which can get annoying, but it keeps it in place. The other thing is when I’m trying to swipe up on my iPhone to open the phone, that ledge the phone sits on gets in the way so you have to get a rhythm to swiping up on the exposes corner of your phone to get enough of a swipe. Otherwise, it sits secure in the CD holder. I’m keeping this holder anyway.

Works pretty well in my 2003 Honda Accord
This holder grips my Samsung S23 Ultra firmly, though I need to take the phone out of its wallet-style protector for a secure hold. The holder has only fallen out of the CD slot when I accidentally smacked it with my hand.In my 2003 Honda Accord, I prefer the CD slot location for my phone, rather than mounting it on the windshield, the dash or on the A/C vent. When installing it in the CD slot, you can adjust the position about an inch to the right or left. My only problem has been that it always hides some of the heating & A/C controls, and some of the radio/CD player controls. I can still reach them if I feel around carefully, and now I’ve pretty much memorized where the buttons I use are located. I can turn the volume dial with the tip of my index finger or the side of my thumb. (See photo)I don’t usually need to charge my phone while driving, but when I do, the hole in the bottom shelf of the holder is plenty big enough to pass the charging cable through & plug it into the phone. Some people have recommended cutting a slot in this shelf to pass the cable through, but I don’t see why that would be necessary–although it would be easy to do.

I like the fact that it goes into my cd player, which I never use. Instead of the heat vents. The mobility of the product is flexible. Which is great cause Iâm short. It does affect my screen for reversing, however, I just push it aside. The phone stays put, easy to charge and works well so far. Minimalist and pleasing to the eye. Good price point.

Ich habe diese Handyhalterung für den CD Slot des Autoradios für einen Duster Bj. 2014 gekauft, da es ansonsten kaum möglich ist eine Handyhalterung in dem Fahrzeug vernünftig anzubringen.Die Halterung passt perfekt in den CD Slot des original verbauten Radios.Mit Gefühl reindrücken und mit der Befestigungsschraube leicht festziehen, fertig.Je nachdem wie herum man die Halterung in den CD Slot steckt, sitzt die Halterung höher oder tiefer.Ich habe sie so montiert, das sie höher sitzt, ansonsten ist mir das Handy zu nahe am Schaltknauf.Funktioniert perfekt, hält wunderbar und wackelt nicht !Von daher volle Empfehlung von meiner Seite !
