Missing Parts. Doesnât Work.
Missing Parts. Was guaranteed the product would be tested before being sold to me. That was not true. The item didnât have a transmitter therefore didnât work from the start. Therefore shouldâve been tested and deemed ineligible to be sold. Testing used electronics to make sure they work. Should be number one priority. My product was obviously not tested to see if it works.

Great product
I already had a set, and the transmitter broke, and I’m positive that was due to my kids bumping it. Bought this set because I really wanted another pair. Works exactly as it should, and arrived in perfect condition. Also want to state that the shipping box was pretty damaged due to the company handling it, but it was so well packaged by the seller that the headset still arrived in excellent condition.

Shockingly good.
I mostly play on Xbox, only using my PS5 for Playstation exclusives. So when it came to getting a PS-compatible headset, I wasn’t looking to spend a ton. I got these and was shocked by how good they are. The battery lasts for days, they sound great, and, despite being kinda big, they’re super-comfortable. It would be really hard for me to come up with a justification for spending more on a PS5 headset. Highly recommended.

Out of the box the product was defective. I always had to have it plugged in for the head set to turn on which completely defeats the purpose of it being wireless. Amazons return policy is quite the pain so you will be saving yourself heartache to just buy it new. The headset itself works well though and has good sound and comfortability. The quality control on the refurbished units is just not superb if I was to guess.

Looks good and all but the problem is the usb. This is the only part that is missing without it the wireless won’t work
