A lifesaver
My laptop had just died and I needed a new one for work. Something simple to get the job done, and this one was exactly what I needed! It arrived just in time, and is a great quality and affordable laptop that did just that and more. Still use it and it works great with streaming as well!

It may be refurbished but i looks and works like brand new
What a great everyday laptop, I did buy a 1 TB hard drive for it and it just plugs in and if you buy the Samsung drive you can download free software to move the operating system to the new larger drive and then format the old 128 gig drive for file storage. I will be buying another one on payday.

A Chromebook “running” W11
Do not buy this. It is complete junk. The 128GB “SSD” is eMMC memory soldered to the board. There is an M.2 slot for a real SSD, but it would take more money and a little work to clone the OS and make this the boot drive. You are also stuck with 4GB of RAM because that is also soldered to the board with no expansion slot. The seller doesn’t list the actual model of this ASUS because they don’t want you to be able to look up the real specifications. It’s sad that ASUS even produces this product. They basically shoved a cheap tablet motherboard into a laptop chassis and called it a day.

operates slower than expected. Bought for personnel use. Do like that its lightweight.

Slow…overheats.
It’s super slow and almost unusable for normal work load. It will work if all you do is watch youtube or browse.
