📞What to do if the machine cannot enter sleep mode?
① Please disable startup in the power option. In Control Panel, click the Power Options.Select the Choose what the power buttons do.
Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.” Click Save the changes.
② Restore Default Power Plan Settings. Open the Control Panel on your PC by clicking on the Start button and by typing “Control Panel” in the search bar.
Select “Control Panel” from the list of search results. In the Control Panel, set your viewing mode to “Large icons” and then click on “Power Options.”
Find your current power plan and click on “Change plan settings” next to it. On the screen that opens, click on “Restore default settings for this plan.”
A prompt will appear asking if you’re sure you want to restore the default settings. Click “Yes” to confirm your action.
③ Turn Off Hybrid Sleep Mode. Type “Control Panel” into the search bar on your computer and open the first entry that appears.
Navigate to Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change plan settings next to your current plan,
and then click on the Change advanced power settings link.A small window will appear. Locate the “Sleep” option.
Tap on the plus (+) icon next to “Sleep” to expand the set of options. Click on “Allow Hybrid Sleep” to bring up another drop-down menu.

📞How to deal with the blue screen of death on the mini pc?
① After unplugging all the cables, find a pin and insert it into the CMOS hole for more than 10 seconds, then reconnect the cables and restart the machine
② Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. If it still doesn’t work, please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC,
so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there.

① Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.

② If updating the BIOS cannot solve the problem, please adjust the fan speed.
③ Please adjust the VRAM in the BIOS, sometimes changing the VRAM can also help.
④ Overheating. If Mini PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost.
Adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your PC to optimize performance and reduce heat generation.
Lowering the maximum processor state or using power-saving modes can help.

PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS
I’m blown away and very happy with the performance of this mini PC. I’m strictly using it to surf the web and as a media device on my living room TV. It replaces an older tower computer running Windows 7 with a 5th gen Core i7 and 16GB of ram with a 2TB HDD that’s no longer supported by Microsoft and now no longer plays nicely with Chrome, Google Drive, etc. Amazing how small the form factor of this Beelink really is.I have it hooked to my 75″ 4K TV with an HDMI 2.1 cable and it has no issues playing 4K HDR videos from YouTube, streaming SlingTV, Discovery+ and playing movies stored on the external SSD I have attached to it. I’m likely going to add a SATA 2TB SSD to the internal slot and add additional content there and will likely upgrade to 32GB of ram, but so far I’m very satisfied with this unit for my uses.I have it in the TV console under where my TV is wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the wall. The only issue I have experienced so far is with the dongle for my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. When placed in the USB ports on the device itself, there is a ton of interference from something that the mouse and keyboard barely worked. This was the case whether the dongle was placed in the front or rear ports. To solve the problem, I got a USB extension that allows me to remotely mount the dongle about 18″ away from the computer itself (but still inside the TV console) and the mouse and keyboard now work perfectly from across the room and never lag, drop out or disconnect as they were constantly doing before. I’m writing this review on this Beelink Mini PC and am very happy with my purchase. Aside from the wireless dongle interference there are zero issues I’ve found so far.

I’m amazed at this computer
I had a desktop that needed to be updated and was looking for a good solution for both space and function. I cam across this and thought “why not” . The specs seem to be compatible with my current system only faster.It works well. I added a terabyte SSD drive to it and away we went.Start up was fast and updating the computer was reasonable for a new computer. Moving files from several old smaller disks to the new system took the longest, but many were back up and I had to go through them too see what I needed.I have been using this for about a month now and it is running 2 32″ monitors, printer, and many USB devices well. I have a camera that doesn’t slow down or jerk when used for many hours at a time. since the box is only 5″ by4.5″ it doesn’t take up much room on the desktop and sits between the to monitors well.It’s quite, runs well, and can handle Microsoft office along with iCloud software running side by side with Brave browser and Edge running at the same time.

Great little machine, poor shipping
The computer itself rates five stars, but I had to take one off because of the poor shipping. There was virtually no packing material in the larger box is came in and you could tell that smaller Beelink box had been bouncing around during the trip inside it. I can see skimping on the crumpled up paper or bubble wrap for a carton of books or bed sheets, but why not use 50 cents worth of something to keep expensive electronics cushioned on the trip? That said, the machine seems to have survived, and is running well. It’s quick, has a very quiet fan, and takes up about the same horizontal space as my oversized cell phone. It came with Windows 11 already installed, which saved me the time of upgrading from Windows 10. If the machine has longevity I’ll likely get another one when it’s time to upgrade.

PRETTY DARN FAST!!
Got the wrong one on first order but returned and got the correct Ryzen 9 that I wanted. Win11 installed already, just boot up and install your other programs. Quiet, small and easy to connect. This baby if fast and takes very little space, this does not have a vesa mount or any mount, it simply sits on the desk. I built a mount to hang behind my monitor so I can simply reach under my monitor and press the power so it remains out of site and all wiring clutter is hidden. This is the second mini pc that I have purchased from Beelink. I could not find any real reason to build another huge desktop other than having a huge secondary drive (13 TB) so I may add an external huge drive later and config it to only run when accessed.

I originally purchased this mini PC out of the need to replace my Lenovo Y700 gaming laptop which had served me for (6) years. I use this mini PC mainly for livestreaming my cartoon drawings, animation projects/process and fortnite gameplays on my Twitch channel.It’s my first time purchasing a miniPC and it runs surprisingly fast! It doesn’t over heat at all (not even getting warm) thanks to the many vents on the top, sides and back of the mini PC.It can also manage games with heavier details such as “Apex Legends” (although it runs best on low settings since the graphics card is integrated and NOT dedicated).I purchased the version with 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD storage which fits my needs and interned usage with the perfect balance!Pros:1. (2) HDMI cables included in package.2. (2) HDMI ports to support (2) displays.3. Has a 3.5mm headphone port.4. Also uses Bluetooth connectivity.5. Has WLAN port.6. Multiple vents to keep the mini PC cool at all times.7. Super quiet when not gaming (2/10) and fairly quiet while gaming (4/10).8. SSD storage and RAM are expandable!9. Over priced, no-name components, and other average âpre-builtâ PC issues. Gave it -4 stars for that bringing it to 1/5. Then I started it and found only the default Windows bloatware, +1 for 2/5. Then I saw the MMC had group policy! This has a windows 11 PRO install, +1 more for that. 3/5. Finally it came with an HDMI cord of good quality and even a BIOS reset switch. If it had a decent BIOS menu I would consider recommending this to just about anyone who canât be bothered to build their own, as it is Iâd still say itâs a better buy than most pre-built computers.

Of course there is slightly faster ones out now for the same cost but that is always the case. Probably no one reads this review as I am not even sure it offered any more being a ser3 and ser5 is out. I was watching illegal porn and it stopped workingâ¦.just joking! Of course not. So I decided to test 4K video I started to watch no way home on iTunes for windows. Just when doc ock shows up the video gives up. Itâs like the hdmi was unpluggedâ¦Iâm stock like this so my only solution is to do a hard reset holding down the power button. It reboot like it suppose too but surprise surprise no more sound. Now I think itâs a windows 11 problem and not the pc but nonetheless. I tried reinstalling windows..something went wrong now the pc is useless. I will eventually by windows on a usb stick reinstall it and see how it goes. But so far no luck. I heard of the sound issue happening a lot with HP computers and windows 11. You can find 6 solutions online none worked for me.
