Itâs really a favorite
Love this thing especially when I travel. It is very effective, it charges very fast (among the fastest) with a good charger, holds your phone snuggly, nice long durable cable and effective kickstand. I have other stands but this one is on my work desk and e r long cable lets me move it around easily with out kinking. You canât beat it, honestly. Iâm bought my mom one as she spends a lot of time watching videos while holding the phone⦠where lives these is no Internet so her phone fills the gap, the stand/charger really helps her out. Itâs a great deal, buy it!

Very convenient
I keep this on my bedside table, and charge my iPhone at night. Itâs super easy to attach and charges quickly. The one thing that is tricky, and why I knocked off one star, is that it sticks really well to the magsafe phone, so well that when i need to pick up my phone and go, it doesnât want to break free very easily. I usually have to break it loose with 2 hands. Or, if Iâm feeling fairly crafty, or my other hand is full, I can kinda push down on the cord with a finger or two while lifting the phone and it will pop off one-handed. But iâm usually half asleep when I go to grab my phone and start my day, so that doesnât always work so smoothly. Thatâs my only criticism. The kickstand is a great feature, too. I just donât use it on my night stand. I wish my magsafe car charger actually clung to my phone as well as this one does.

All right, legit non-shill review. Phenomenal way to charge an iPhone and is likely the best Magsafe charger on the market as of the time I wrote this comment. Full 15-watt, long braided cable (shame at Apple for not having that in their version), the kickstand is surprisingly useful, premium material quality. I completely removed the normal charger from my desk and only using this thing now, turns out you can use this for AirPods too. You put it on a table facing up and it can act as a semi-stationary wireless charger since it doesn’t slip off the table due to the coating. At first, I thought its bulky design would be very annoying when holding the phone, but it actually fine, though not as seamless as thin appleâs one. That being said, the design makes it easier to grab it and instantly get tactile feedback for the correct side whenever it’s dark, and, like I said earlier, this design is better when it just sits on your table since itâs not slippery. After a while the Belkin sign on the metal kickstand starts to wear off, which is fine, It’s basically just a rubberized print. If it starts to wear off I recommend scratching it off completely with a nail, which just reveals bare metal.

Great alternative for a physical stand setup next to bedside.
I was looking originally for a stand to get ready for iOS 17 and nightstand mode. One of the things I usually do before bed is grab my phone and check it or play a game to wind down. One of the problems I had with a standing dock setup is I lose the ability to charge my device while using it. I found this little gem and it solves both my issues. It sets up in horizontal mode nicely and still lets me charge and use my phone in bed. I like the length and quality of the cable, it feels like it won’t break or mess up easy. The MagSafe puck feels locked on the iPhone well, and even when my phone has fallen the puck stays on.I don’t have iOS 17 as of this writing, so cant test out the nightstand mode yet, but from what I see in pictures and videos this will work well with my workflow. The charging seems good for an iPhone 13 Pro. Not sure how fast will charge with an iPhone 15 pro yet. All in all I would recommend this for someone looking to use nightstand mode and use the device next to your nightstand.

Canât maintain charging
I bought 2 of this product thinking it would work well around my desk and bed side table. 1 has been working ok so far, but 2nd one started to lose charging connection in every 20 sec causing constant charging notification sound from phone. I guess some sensor in charger is behaving abnormally due to cold solder joint. It is kind of known that belkin QC is not great but I was hoping this product would be ok because I like its simple design. Unfortunately because of its core functionality is not doing its job, I cannot recommend this product.

Standard magsafe charger, but separates itself with the beefy stand
First thing on this, it feel not cheap. It is heavy, it is a alloy, it is not cheap plastic. The kickstand on it is metal, it is sturdy, you do not feel like it will snap in half if you sneeze wrong at it. I like this, it means it will last longer for sure. The cable is braided, to again help it last longer, and the whole thing feels like it was build decades ago, before throw away economics started. It charges well, 15w I believe, and the magsafe magnet is pretty strong.
