Died after seven months
This is the second Inspiron 15 to die on me less than a year after buying them brand new. The first one, the screen hinge snapped and tore half the screen off. It wasn’t dropped. All I did was open it. The most recent one stopped taking a charge. I tried cleaning the input on the laptop and the charger stem. I used another charger. The chargers are working, the laptop isn’t. I have been a Dell customer for 20+ years. No more.

Good overall slower than expected
This is a nice laptop. I have only been using this for a little over a week now, and have most of the programs I’ll be using installed. The substantial storage and memory capacity well meet my needs. I run a lot of audio software and it handles it well. I did expect a little more speed with the i7. My other unit with an i5 boots up and opens programs faster. Not a major issue but expected a little more speed. Wish it had a USB-C, but I have plenty of adaptors for that. All things considered I am very pleased with this laptop and recommend it. Worth the price.

Exactly what i was looking for
this computer is easy to set up, easy to use and it works perfect with the mouse or the touch screen. Lots of storage and picture is clear. To be honest i dropped it once right on the corner of the computer and it still works just fine. would recommend.

Specks did not match what I ordered when registered with Dell
The specs on the sticker attached to the box matched what I ordered, However, when I registered the laptop with Dell It told me that it was half the storage was 256 GB and 16 RAM memory. I verified my Amazon order just to ensure that it was not my erro. I verified I ordered and paid for 1TB SSD storage and 32 GB memory.However after setting up that the computer and registering with Dell Dell showed the The same model with the specs as 512 GB SSD storage and 16 GB RAM which is half of the specs I ordered. I’m really not sure how this happened but I trust Dell to tell me computer be registered was not the same as I ordered and paid for it. Go figure, I returned it immediately via UPS and it has been received and now I’m waiting for my refund before I tried to order again.. I also added the picture of the Dell specs for the computer I received with the returned laptop so reinspects it will understand my decision to return the laptop.

Toma muchÃsimo tiempo en prender, generalmente se traba y tienes que reiniciar continuamente y cada que pasa esto me cierra todas mis sesiones de todos lados. A veces de la nada después de llevar un rato trabajando se vuelve a trabar y continuamente pierdo todo mi trabajo. Es un dolor de cabeza que no le deseo a nadie.

La laptop es buena sin embargo la baterÃa no dura mucho y se tiende a trabar o ponerse muy lento la laptop a pesar de usar programas básicos de Microsoft, no recomiendo el producto.
