Hard to activate Microsoft Office
The seller emailed me an activation key. It’s hard to set up the Office suit. When I type in the activation key, first it showed the version was Microsoft Office LSTC professional plus 2021. Then I did some search online and installed that version. I typed in the activation key again. I was told it was volume-licensed version of Microsoft Office ltsc professional plus 2021. I do not know how to install volume-licensed office suit!

HARD TO SET UP– too many problems only a tech could help…ON MY BRAND NEW LAPTOP!
It came with computer malware and fixes needed. Well over 200 fixes needed. I had to hire a tech to set up my new computer. So many problems for him to work through, fix and work around. I was very disappointed in the lack of consumer friendliness and all the built in features that force you to buy more services. I have been a Dell customer for over 20years… so disappointed in how I am led down the path, not for improvements just manipulation to subscribe to things I might not need. Please make this brand a trustworthy product and company.
