Just updated computer. So far it is good.
Computer exactly as described. I started using it yesterday and everything seems to work as expected. For a refurbished computer it is extremely clean with very few noticeable marks. It was packed extremely well and came without any problems. I didn’t think the backlit keyboard worked but I hard to hit the right button and it is fine. Overall a 5 star transaction. If anything happens during the warranty period I will update this review with the information. Thanks for a seamless transaction on Amazon.

The qualities of this computer & the newness are an absolute steal for the price. Not many affordable options for i5 and good RAM at this price. The speed is good- I was very worried when setting up the laptop, but upon installing the free windows 11 upgrade the problem resolved itself.

Fourth one I’ve bought and set up for friends and grandkids going to college. Good battery life and not loaded down with bloatware. This one had a scratch on the cover, but I put a skin on it.

Got it for some work/study and light gaming (league/valorant).
Appearance wise I didnât expect the product to be scratch free but at least the stickers/cover should be applied a bit better and more aligned. The keyboard does have some hairline cracks (if look closely) and some dirt under the keys and the corner of the screen.Straight out the box I was prompt to restart but have not encountered any problem so far.Battery has been lasting a whole day study/work.The touch pad is a bit buggy and had a bit of trouble scrolling sometimeThe speaker sounds a bit cracked with more coming out of the left side.Good overall for the price but will come back to update if anything occurs.
