A great upgrade for my son
I purchased for my son to upgrade his gaming computer. He plays Minecraft and Roblox. He noticed a great improvement compared to his old computer. The keyboard and mouse response is much quicker. I paired this computer with a new 32″ monitor. Together a huge improvement over his previous gaming setup.

Fast start up/ Fast PC
This PC replaced a ten year old Dell running Windows 10. This machine is so much faster – probably due to the SSD drive in addition to the hard disk drive. This PC is running Windows 11. The one thing I miss is a DVD/CD drive. My guess is that gets removed when you order this PC with more RAM. Set up is easy. What’s weird is whenever you hook this up to live electrical power, it starts to start up on its own and then stops and shuts down until you hit the power button, then it completely starts up. Not a big deal.

Love it
Very easy to set up, stylish and lightweight! I had been using my 2016 Dell and it only was working up to Windows 10, very slowly…love the Windows 11 and the speed. Perfect for me. I am not a gamer. I mostly use it for writing, emailing, paying bills and organizing photos, planning trips, and surfing the web.

new 3020S-
Received my new 3020S comp…my third new Dell computer. This one is less than half the size of my last one, less money also and much advanced in features. I have to switch over to it yet-Only critical remark I will make is the instructions with it are VERY short…I like to read over instructions on anything new to acclimate myself to the product. But, in actuality it is pretty hard to not get the setup right. Plug in & play does work..Dell has a support system to contact (that I have used) & that works well. This does save costs all around & that is a correct way to handle that area. Thanks Dell & amazon you got it right again- Dave Richardson

Shocked there is no 4k resolution on this model
I was shocked to discover there was no 4k resolution option on the HDMI port of this model, Dell has been producing models for a couple of years now with 4k capability. And while 4k is available on the display port, I don’t want to be in the business of having speciality cables (display port to hdmi) to have to think about and deal with. This computer was returned.

This is so compact. There is so much more room on my desk. If youâre just looking for a computer to watch YouTube and check emails – this one is great. The machine is quiet and has enough power for what I want it to do.

hi, there is a issue to switch it on it take 5 to 10 mins to get it turn on every morning. i did not expect it from Dell.
