Dell Inspiron Laptop Review
Purchasing a Dell Inspiron laptop has been a horrible experience. The product never worked properly. Hours have been spent on the phone with technical support. The laptop was shipped to on-site technical support; who failed to remedy the issue. The product was re-submitted to on-site technical support, who now inform me I must pay to have the faulty memory, replaced previously by Dell, replaced a second time because the faulty replacement memory installed by the Dell technician is not original…Huh? The bottom line; there are lots of products available…avoid Dell.

Flawed windows program
Set this up and everything seemed fine. Kept getting msg that windows 11 pro needs activation. This was supposed to be Windows 11 Home. 2 hrs with Dell and they concluded that the seller loaded the program with Pro instead. Not Dell’s fault,seller’s fault. They gave me my key that was assigned to this Home version. The activation key for 11Pro on this computer was only the last 5 digits. I would have had to wipe the Pro and reinstall Home. Sent msg thru Amazon 2 days ago, no response. I had to buy a new key from Microsoft to activate Pro. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND LOOKS LIKE not in THE US.Added they offered a $10 credit fir loading the wrong windows program after I bought a new key on Amazon for $99. Do not but from them.

Overly touchy touchpad.
Nice machine when you finally get it up and running. Two hours talking with two different help desks is not my idea of easy setup. Overly sensitive touchpad lead to too may inadvertent doubleclicks and needless backtracking. I’d give it fewer stars but I suspect other Windows 11 laptops are just as maddening.

El material es totalmente de plástico. No creo que dure mucho. Y por el poco tiempo que la llevo usando se me hace muy raro que se caliente demasiado. Probablemente por q es todo de plástico pero aun asà no me gusta.Y venÃa rapado la parte de abajo. Lo más probable es que la regrese y pida reembolso.

Llego bien la computadora, sin licencia para Windows, los componentes como disco duro memorias, etc todo bien, PERO mucho cuidado los tensores de la pantalla (bisagras) vienen muy apretados y además que los plásticos muy frágiles hicieron que se vencieran la base donde van sujetadas las bisagras y se rompieran.Plásticos muy frágiles, muy débiles.

Buena memoria Ram y su capacidad. Solo que no trae luz el teclado ni lector de huella serÃa genial si lo tuviera.
