BUYER BEWARE! Don’t buy anything from Amazon that goes through the third party payor
I’m sure I received someone else’s reject tower which was returned to Delca Electronics. I turned it on and it came up with an error immediately. So I reached out to Dell Customer Service (which is what the scan showed I needed to do). The error showed I was missing an SSD card – which Dell Service Desk sent out the following week, but it had no screw to hold it in place. I sent numerous pics of my computer and they sent me two screws that didn’t fit and finally the third time (two weeks later) I received on that finally worked and I put my computer back together and started getting errors again. Meanwhile Dell parts department started harassing me about sending the “defective” replacement parts back. THEY WERE’NT DEFECTIVE…THEY WERE MISSING!!! I have probably 50 emails between Dell’s Help Desk and myself. I spent hours and hours on this and begged them to hurry because I had a prospective job and needed a working computer…days later the computer still wouldn’t work so I sent the computer back to Delca Electronics – sent the missing parts back to Dell. Since it was a third party payor it cost $66.00 just to return it. Then I was told that Delca refunded $380.72 and charge me a restocking fee of $325.00. Told by Amazon that even though it was too late to return it, they would honor it and reimburse me the difference. I called a few days later and they said there was nothing Amazon could do. I’d have to talk to Delca and I told the rep that no one answers at the numbers listed for Delca…so then they said I’d have to go back to Dell….AAAAGGH. I’m just out $400.00 and Amazon is fine with that!!! I want to know if any of the other persons who have purchased this computer, ended up with my defective computer since Delca Electronics apparently doesn’t even check the returned computers before restocking and reshipping their products to another poor sap. If anyone else has this problem, can we compare notes…maybe with the Serial Number or something?

I will leave the first review because the computer would not Power On. I talked with an Amazon Tech who helped me. I got the computer to start, but after he had ended our support call, I discovered that the problem was still there. The connect of the Power Cable either does not fit well, or the computer has a short at that connection. I pulled 4 Power Cables from my stash of computer part and one of them is working at the moment, but I never know when it will power off if I move the cable.First ReviewI would like to write a good review, but I can’t. It was not moved until yesterday, and I have had to wait while I recovered from hip surgery. I bought it early because I thought I would be walking in a few weeks.I thought I would set up the Dell desktop, but it will not start. There are no instructions.It will need to be returned, as soon as someone at Amazon contacts me.

Absolutely horrible DO NOT BUY!
I bought this computer, 6 weeks in there was a update and when I came in the next morning I had flashing lights. I looked the lights up and said memory error. I contacted Dell support (1 1/2 hrs later ) and they informed me it was a mother board issue. The guy came out to replace and I talked to the tech and tried to tell him what I was trying to tell tech support but that fell on deaf ears. The tech informed me that it is always the mother board and never anything else. So he put the new mother board in and then tried to start it…his reply was “oops! it doesn’t work and you will have to take it up with Dell” and walks out saying I would have to take it up with dell. Back to Dell support after changing ram 3 times now and still no luck they are telling me that I will have to send it into them. I rarely can even get this thing to start up. Dell tells me that I will be without my computer for 21 business days…so I am buying another just not a dell!

I Guess I Got A LEMON
Iâve had many Dellâs in my life, but this unit was slow and labored with even simple tasks.I just hope the unit is retired and not resold. It is nothing more than an expensive anchor.

Immediately unusable after the latest MS updates.
I bought this as a no-frills minitower for my office. I cannot even run Chrome on it. The thing has slowed down, and even after uninstalling everything, it is slow to the point of being useless.

dell used bad ram sticks
if you pull the 4gb stick of ram you will see its a cheep pos .. these have a high failure rate but often that is the problem causing the yellow light of death replace with a 8gb stick of ram and your good to go
