I love this tablet!
This tablet works great for school! It is fast, durable, and reliable. I can go from laptop to tablet mode with ease.Cons: Battery life isn’t the best. But what do you expect with an old tablet. A new one can be bought for $30 however.Gets warm on the bottom.Can’t upgrade to windows 11.

Did not come with charger, and battery life less than 80%
I purchased this device just so I had something that ran Windows that I could tote around without being concerned about it being damaged or stolen. The computer can run a little hot, but I don’t expect it to be impressive for an old i7. It did not come with the USB-C charger (disappointing, but I have a few so it is just lowering my review score and not a dealbreaker) and the battery is horrible, I canât even unplug it without it dying instantly, and now the BIOS battery is bad too. For any prospective buyers who didn’t do the research, beware the processor is not compatible with Windows 11, so your security updates will only be provided by Windows until October 2025. I would not recommend this device to anyone.

I bought this laptop to replace my Asus Zenbook. It’s heavier than my Asus Zenbook was, but I don’t carry it around so I don’t care. The reason for replacement is that I spilled a whole cup of water on my Asus Zenbook and fried it. I was distraught when I saw the prices until I saw this Dell Latitude Ultrabook. It’s reasonably priced, has an I-7 processor (I won’t go with anything less than an I-7), and it has some features that my old laptop didn’t have .1) Backlit keyboard, which I now realize I really appreciate2) Touchscreen — this too, I didn’t realize how convenient it is!3) Two usb-c ports instead of only one. I use one for the charger, and the other for a hub with more usb-c ports and an ethernet port4) An HDMI port usb ports, and an audio portAll these extra ports weren’t possible in my Asus Zenbook because it was just too thin. This one is just thick enough for all those ports. Although I still wish I hadn’t destroyed my Zenbook, I am also happy to have ended up with this “upgrade.”

Great shipping time just what I was looking for
Arrived earlier than expected. Great size, and lightweight I was so excited until the touch screen didn’t work. I could have done without it but wanted a functional touchscreen as advertised for travel. Update drivers and software and nothing helped. Contacted the supplier and (so far) easily returned.Will update if any more problems with returning.

Would not turn on.
The laptop appeared to be in pristine condition physically. However, when I tried to turn it on nothing happened. So I went to Amazon.com troubleshooting and followed their directions. The computer still did not turn on. So I’ve returned it.

Device feels and looks new! Everything operates just as it should. No issues thus far. For this price, this is the only way to buy a laptop! Unfortunately does not meet specs for Windows 11.

Perfect small 2 in1 laptop even with two cores.
What I love about this 2 in 1 is that I had no problems upgrading to a Wi-Fi 6 AX200 card and 1 TB NVMe Gen 3×4 storage. It also has Windows hello facial recognition. I guess what I didn’t like about the little two-in-one is that they said that the CPU was not compatible with Windows 11 but if you are a little tech savvy anything’s possible. It came in like new condition and I think it is the perfect laptop to take to a cafe, for class and on a trip. It streams in 4k with no problem connects to my 4k monitor without any issues, but the two cores of i7 power can run a little hot!!!
