This Computer is fantastic
I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished computer but when it came it looked like a brand new computer. It performs very well. It is very fast, it boots up in 20 seconds and scans the net instantly. I am very pleased with this computer, especially the touch screen and the. 1 terabyte SSD. Overall, I give it 5 stars
Disapointed customer –
Need info to change ownership. A big pain. Refreshed purchase.
Called Dell customer support. They won’t help me until I fill out a change of ownership form on line. I have to know previous owners name, address etc. I bought it from Amazon. I have not gone thru the pain of finding out this info. I must have it to get customer support. They told me it used to be owned by a government agency.
