The CPU in this laptop can update to Windows 11
The CPU in this model is upgradeable to Windows 11 using Windows Update. You have to make some changes in Windows Tools before doing the Update but there is a wealth of information on the internet to guide you through this.My refurbished Dell did not disappoint. It arrived well packed and in good condition. It is clean cosmetically, has a built in camera and touch screen. It performs well and after using it for a month, I have to say for $169, a great buy.

Comes with a blank user profile & loaded up with a Disk diagnostic scan on first launch.Everything appears to be working. Something to note is 1.9 mhz of the CPU is dedicated to computing & the rest for integrated graphics. Would Recommend ~!!!

It shows that they used the computer right before they shipped it and showed that the error for the processor fan hasnât worked for a year. There was no excuse to send this laptop broken. It also says the hardware on the laptop was changed prior to sending. The windows rating score on the computer was 0 for everything. There is something seriously wrong with this laptop. Battery said it would only last for 3 1/2 hours without any real use. Quality control is obviously bad but Iâm sure there are some good ones but not in my case. Just check everything before keeping. Waiting for a refund. Iâll update if they donât refund me.
