Worth every penny
You couldn’t tell this was refurbished. Packaged well (thank you!), shipped quickly (double thank you as it was a gift); and it works well! Good little laptop

Runs great.
I bought this laptop solely for streaming irl (restaurant kitchen view). It runs obs great at 1080@30fps with 2 Logitech cameras, a fifine mic, remote desktop and a browser smoothly. Its in great condition, even the battery holds a nice charge.

Great purchase
This was a great purchase for me, but there are a few things a buyer should be aware of when getting one of these computers.The renewed computer I got works and looks great, but the power cord was intermittent. This is not a Dell part, so to get a new one I would have had to return the entire computer. I didn’t want to do that, so I just bought a new power supply and cord for $17. No big deal.Also, these are “renewed” computers, so they are not the latest models. The one I received was actually made in 2017. Again, no big deal, but the firmware, software, and drivers were all outdated. Updates can easily be downloaded from the Dell website at no cost, it just takes a while. Just be prepared to do that.Overall, I am very satisfied. I would definitely buy it again. For the price, what I got was a bargain.

Cannot charge
It looked in very good shape. I set it up then plugged it in to charge up from 34% level it came with. It will not charge. Screen giving utility error. I tried an F5. A bunch of loud sounds and message stating issues with battery. I tried using another cord, just to be sure. No charge. Returning if I can.

Good refurb
This laptop was a business PC and I have noticed that with the business PSâs battery life is so much better than a personal PC. The appearance of the PC is as if it was a new one, the only issue that I had with dealing with the refurbished PC is you should contact the company selling it and make sure that it actually has everything you are looking for on it. I had to return several because it didnât have what it stated it did have on it. Other than that I feel for the price u canât really go wrong with the refurbished PC.

You can tell these guys take pride in what they sell, Arrived packaged very well the laptop looks brand new no scratches dings, was able to load it up and transfer all my information from my old laptop quickly, overall am very very pleased âºï¸. This laptop is better than hoped. It looks brand new, it’s fast, a great keyboard layout, lit keyboard and it does come with a webcam. Not yet sure of battery life, only used about 2 hours not plugged in and there was lots left. Why buy new
