So far so good
What I changed / upgraded:- I changed the SSD drive with a nvme recovered from my previous laptop- I added 8G of RAM from my previous laptop for atotal of 16G- lots of videos on Youtube how to open and upgrade, open, clean and maintain. Simple stuff.- ONE problem: because of the m.2 SSD drive, there is no space left for a 2.5in standard drive tray. You would have to buy a smaller battery. What I did to mitigate this: I removed the 2.5in SSD drive from its enclosure, bought a SATA cable that fits this laptop ($7 on Amazon), and basically installed the SSD without its cover. Works without a problem.It looked a bit dusty inside when I opened it, so I cleaned it carefully. Cooler fan was clean already. The battery had a piece a paper glued to it with a hand written number.So far:- excellent performance for normal computer use. I don’t use it for gaming. Everything is lightning speed, from downloads, videos, documents, streaming etc.- Battery life seems very good. I didn’t expect that, but I holds charge for hours.- I like the complex and easy to navigate BIOS compared with my Acer laptop.For the price I paid – less than $200, I am more than impressed.

The laptop came packaged very securely. It looks and behaves like a brand new computer. Set up was simple and the the lighted keyboard is fantastic. The automatic install of Windows 11 was seamless.

It set up like a dream and is fast and quiet. I like the big touchpad, the keyboard action is good, and the screen looks great. Be sure you notice the mic mute key, which lights when engaged.

Terrible product
The product arrived in poor condition, it has cracks in the case of the laptop, the battery does not last at all, the device has white spots on the screen screws are missing from the cover, I want to contact them to proceed with the return. Don’t buy it.

Fantastic Laptop – Like New – Would not know it is refurbished
This laptop (Dell Latitude 5591) looks, feels, and behaves is if it is new from Dell! I can state this as I received my work laptop (Dell Latitude 5590) as a new device. This seller did amazing work refurbishing this laptop. I purchase this particular Dell Latitude model for personal use based on my experience with my work laptop. I could not be more pleased with this purchase. The condition of the hardware is superior – like factory new. The Windows operating system installation is also superior and stable. I have seen other laptops that claim to be refurbished, but the OS installation seems questionable. This is solid and legitimate. I waited a couple of months to write this review as I wanted to be sure my first impression of this laptop held up. And it has. This machine is reliable and stable. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from this seller again.
