Do not buy!
This was delivered Dec. 20th. It seemed fine. I was away for a month and didn’t take it with me. So it was used end of Dec, a week in January, end of Feb and March. There has been worsening battery life. This am, March 22nd it stopped working completely. I am very unhappy that I got so little use out of this and technically I did not even have 90 days of use.

Almost a great purchase – but just a good one
So let me start by saying this is still a very good buy in 2023 – the 8350U still gives snappy performance and windows 11 support (plus a pro license is nice), and the laptop itself is in very good shape and the only thing that wasn’t working for me was the fingerprint reader (and let’s be honest – that’s a nice-to-have at best). Taking into account the very low price of this laptop, there had to have been something that wasn’t up to snuff – and in this case it’s the battery, which was at roughly half of it’s maximum possible lifespan. That suggests that the battery in the laptop may just be the original, which is disappointing – but not a dealbreaker at all at this price point (around $200).I will say, the seller even went out of the way to install a new SSD – which is why my review is staying at 5 stars despite the subpar battery. That’s a huge and unnecessary bit of goodwill that should not go unnoticed. The biggest worry about a laptop at this age (about 5 years) is definitely the health of the drive, and this put a lot of those worries to rest.For anyone worried about the battery issue (which will mean instead of about 6-8 hours on active use, about 4-5 hours on active use) – batteries for this model K5XWW are usually on sale for pretty cheap ($30-40) and one of the easier batteries to replace. That’s what I’m going to do, and even after doing that, this will still easily be worth the price.

Muy buena compra, le pongo 4 estrellas solo por el problema de la bateria. Tengo ya mas de 8 meses con la computadora y no he tenido ningun problema. TenÃa mucho miedo de que la pantalla táctil fallara debido a que leà varias reseñas en forums diciendo que las computadoras con pantalla táctil tendÃan a descomponerse mas rápido. Pero todo muy bien.Mi única queja es con respecto a la baterÃa que venÃa con la laptop. Solo me duró 2 meses antes de que muriera. El problema primero fue la conexión a la luz. Dejo de funcionar al mes, asi que lo cambie por uno genérico. Pero a las 3 semanas dejo de funcionar por completo. Tuve que pedir otra bateria por amazon y la verdad me funciona perfecto.Ah, otro detalle que la verdad no me molesta y por eso no lo veo como problema pero, el lector de huellas batalla a veces. Pero nunca tuve intención de usarlo asi que no fue problema.Con respecto a su desempeño, yo la compre para el trabajo y para mis cursos. Yo soy analista de datos y corro programas como power BI, SQL server, Excel (con programación) y plataformas de estudio. Como las necesito tadas abiertas al mismo tiempo las corro todas sin problema.

I purchased this from Greentoptech and, while generally happy with the product, I wasn’t pleased with the battery life. Greentoptech came through and shipped me a replacement battery. As far as the tablet is concerned, I wish that the RAM was upgradeable, but 8Gig is sufficient to do any tasks you would expect to be doing on a device like this. Other than that, I very pleased with it, especially for the price. It shipped with Windows 10, but is capable of running Widows 11, which it does well.

Good for price as travel laptop
It gets hot easily if you donât have it on a hard surface (I.e. donât use it straight in your lap without a laptop tray) but the laptop works well for homework and some basic games so suits my needs as a travel laptop very well.

No Battery Power Upon Delivery; AC Cable Does Not Charge
The laptop was delivered with less than 1% battery life. I plugged in the charging cable and the laptop would not recognize it (the cable power light went on, but the power would not transfer to the laptop). I had to return the laptop as a consequence after talking with Amazon technical support which could not provide a solution. Very frustrated.WEEK LATER: Replacement sent and this unit has a dysfunctional keyboard with 1/3 of the keys not working. Both of these laptops came with “Inspection Sheets” that showed all elements having been checked, including battery and keyboard. They must have been inspected during somebody’s sleep. After attempting to troubleshoot myself without any success, I am returning and will purchase elsewhere for sure. BUYER BEWARE

Hasta el momento la computadora ha funcionado de una forma excelente, con rapidez, no tiene la estética de un producto nuevo pero la eficiencia del producto minimisa esos detallitos esteticos, porque se logra lo que se busca tener una utilidad y funcionalidad que se requiere, gracias por crear este tipo de ofertas.
