unusable, still trying to return
this refurbished laptop came with a company bitlocker on it that i couldnât remove. i spent hours trying to learn how to remove it and nothing worked. dell support was not reachable or not helpful. amazon made it an extremely difficult process to return and i still havenât gotten it returned, i am still trying.

I love my new computer. It arrived ahead of time as I asked for due to travel urgency I have. I was in shock at how well this vendor replied and very greatful for exceeding my expectations.It arrived in plain box, with shipping label and to my surprise I cannot find a blemish on it. Looks like a new computer. Took me a bit to install windows but that’s just windows. It runs great and I love it has 16 gb ram and 512 ssd. This will last me a long time and I love refurbished as you got more for a considerable fair price.For sure I would use this vendor again and very impressed so far with computer. Just got it today

Doesnât hold the charge
This laptop has great features and size however I feel I got the low end of the stick when it comes to buying ârenewedâ. This laptop doesnât hold the charge at all. My daughter used it for school and had to carry the charger at all times and keep it plugged it. Def not happy about that.

Nice computer
laptop arrived on time and was as described. The laptop is in excellent condition. The only problem I have is a Windows 11 driver not being recognized that keeps the screen from rotating when in tent mode.

This product was more than just lightly used…- Clear wear on the keyboard keys- the remaining battery life, at a full charge, is only 90 minutes- one of the two speakers doesn’t work.- there is clearly some kind of pet hair in the fan and air ventsI am going to request a refund.

Refurbished shouldn’t mean cracked.
I’m all about buying refurbished, but this laptop was cracked. I’m sending it right back. Who knows if it’s got internal damage or if its going to fail in a few days. I’m not taking a chance.
