No video output via HDMI or Thunderbolt ***UPDATE***
First off, I know Dell computers extremely well because I use them exclusively at work and frequently have to troubleshoot and repair them for my job. That’s why I chose to buy a refurbished Dell — even if it’s got problems I know how to fix them. However, even after using every troubleshooting effort known using different monitors, cables, Dell docks etc. I still have no video output from the USB C thunderbolt ports nor the dedicated HDMI port. I have tried every driver old and new, updated all possible updates, did all the YouTube and Dell troubleshooting tips, even upgraded to windows 11 pro and downgraded again. After finally doing a factory reset with no results I give up. Everything else seems to work fine, and the case is minorly beat up.Laptop with external monitor capability is useless to me. Returned.***UPDATE*** I’m adding two stars back because the customer service was prompt to handle the issue and process the return.

Sticking keyboard
Was supposed to be fully tested but right out of the box the keys on the top left of the keypad were sticking. Have to press several times to get them to work. Guess the original owner spilled something on the keyboard and now the contacts under the keys needs cleaning. New keyboard is over $100. Other than this issue the computer looks good and works great.

Just WoW. Never had a 2in1 before but this is smart, extremely quick and powerful. Lovely keypad to use and the touch screen when you get used to it makes life much faster. The thunderbolt ports reduce wires and are a huge step forward.Not done much with a pen but it works very well and sticks to the side of laptop so you cant lose it. Good service from FYL and the saving from a new product is fantastic. The only thing i could see that this had been used before is two screws on the underneath had been accessed for access side the laptop. Otherwise its like new.
