Exactly what I was looking for. It’s light weight a good size screen it’s fast. Only thing is the battery life is short but I just make sure I have a power sorce close by.

Do not buy! Itâs a SCAM!!!!!
I purchase this laptop which is a refurbished electronic BUT when it arrived it wouldnât turn on. I assumed it was dead, so I proceeded to plug it in. It did turn on BUT it never charged. As it turn out , it didnât have a battery which is crazy because on this computer the battery is internal not external which mean they internally removed it .The computer was supposed to be in excellent condition which it wasnât. It had scratches and dents as well as they place a sticker on the top of the computer to cover how bad it was and make it look almost new.I called Amazon to complain and their solution was to return it.Stay away!!!

LAPRO did it again. Their products are always in perfect shape (3rd time buying from them). This laptop looked brand new and feels/operates that way as well. So far, this 2-1 is performing perfectly and really doesn’t look, feel or act like one that’s been “renewed.” As far as the product goes, it’s fast, easy to use, very lightweight, and good looking too. Zero issues. Highly recommend this laptop and most importantly this seller to provide it!

Poor Support for this Unit
Was passed around at least 6 times trying to get support for this unit. Amazon Disconnected twice, then Dell sent me 3 -4 times between support who stated they would not help because unit was out of warranty (Amazon provided phone #). 3 hours later while trying to reset computer (wipe unit for return), port started working. Seems to be stable and will wait (30 days) to see if issue returns, before returning unit. For Ref. see photo

I got one, battery good for 30 minutes after 1.5 h charging. SD card reader don’t work and there is only 90 warranty, not as the description says 3 years dell warranty. Don’t want it because false promis.
