I didnât think that I could love a laptop just as much as I love my MacBook but I am absolutely happy with this purchase. I love that it is touch screen and it is a great buy. The condition is excellent and it doesnât look like it has been used. I am truly shocked. Very pleased.

Bad batteries
Came out of the box with a bad battery that gets hot and dies within 30 minutes. They say they test these refurbished products but looks like there scammers.

Works pretty much great, few minor details, but the most annoying thing is the keypad, don’t know what it is exactly, but I have to literally press 2-3 times on some letters and numbers to get it to work.

Love this thing. Touch screen, Windows 11, fast, and really easy to carry around. I still have a dell docking station from my last job before I left and it works well as a CPU as well. Couldn’t get a better deal.

Update, computer was fine
I was scared trying to download printer drivers. I wiped the unit, then started from scratch. I bought a printer cable to computer and downloaded the print. It all work great. The computer is fast, heâs way duty, and should work great.Note, I still never received a call from the vendor. Disappointing, but still a great value, for a hight quality computer.,

Tenia mis dudas de comprar este producto pero a diferencia de otros renovados, este viene practicamente sin ningun daño estético visible. Vino con las especificaciones de la publicación y hasta el momento todo ha ido bien con el producto. El único detalle que tiene es que al ser un producto de USA su teclado viene configurado y marcado para inglés al igual que el windows 11. Sin embargo solo es cosa de configurar el idioma de teclado y windows al español de México y ya no tendrás problema para imprimir o cualquier tarea que requieras. un equipo muy veloz para otros del mismo precio. Lo comprarÃa nuevamente.
