Fantastic for my purposes
I received this laptop in quick fashion and in impeccable packaging. In extremely nice shape (really looks brand new). Everything seems to work flawlessly. I put a 1Tb SD Card in and that works as well. This is one of the few that suits my particular needs. Backlit keyboard, SD expansion atop the already formidable 512Gb flash storage, touchscreen is nice, and the processor/RAM does well. I can say that the battery life is pretty good, although I donât intend to use unplugged all that much. Even the keyboard and screen seem new. All things considered, I have zero negative thoughts on this, and all my expectations are either met or exceeded. Highly recommend!

Too many hardware and software glitches
My laptop died on me just a few months past the return deadline, and has continued to have issues since. There has been issues with the hard drive, and the screen will sometimes freeze when it is slightly shifted. It will also sometimes not charge, and will die quickly once unplugged.

Nice compact laptop for a decent price.
I was looking for a laptop with a smaller overall size since I travel a lot and needed more portable, but with a little more memory since I use a lot of art/drawing tools at the same time, so this was my pick. My laptop arrived 2 days early, which was a pleasant surprise.Anyway, right out of the box, it’s felt like a brand new machine. No issues or defects of any kind. Battery life is a little low at around 3 ~ 4 hours for the laptop, but it seems to be a normal thing for smaller computers like this.It’s a purchase I’m more than happy with.

I did not get what is advertized.
It says its a touch screen. I did NOT receive a touch screen at all. The 16gb RAm is correct, as for the 512GB it does not say that in the specs. I did not receive a product key, no manul just the laptop and power cord that doesn’t even look like it belongs to DELL. But it does the job. But I put my money down for a touch screen, and that is what I want.

Bubbles in my monitor
It was a refurb. Great computer. Compact, fast, nice resolution on the monitor. Just bubbles in the monitor. Enough bubbles started appearing in my monitor to start to bug me.. it started off smaller than a dime, then started to grow over the course of a month. Now itâs the entire top of my monitor . Corner to corner. The computer is still workable, and even the touch screen still works. Itâs just a bummer that now itâs hard not to notice it when Iâm working.

Non-working bluetooth issue resolved
Non-working Bluetooth issue fixed — it did take approximately one mth to resolve. It had to be shipped back. Then, logged in remotely. Not a quick resolution. But, their team was kind & pleasant to my team, and finally, we have a PC with working BlueTooth.
