Great buy!
I purchased this laptop last week and it is everything I hoped it would be. Granted I have only owned it a short period of time, but it seems to be a very good choice. As a side note it is not silver like in the picture. I believe as part of the refurbishing process they use some sort of black sticker over the outside to hide any imperfections. It isn’t really noticeable unless you look closely around the logo and doesn’t take away from the laptop in any way. Everything has worked great and wouldn’t know it wasn’t a new laptop. It is very fast at starting up and browsing the internet thus far. I researched for about a week before making this purchase and it has everything recommended in a new laptop. Be aware, you will need to go through all the updates and follow the directions that come with the laptop for registering it with Windows or you will have a hard time setting things up. Highly recommend this laptop.

I was extremely disappointed with the device
I was extremely disappointed with the device. The product that I received was not a touchscreen, the screen resolution was not what was expected, the scroll button in the middle of the screen was missing. Although the outside label on the box indicated it was what I ordered the laptop that was in the box was not as the label indicated. This did not appear to be a refurbished PC. The hard drive had been wiped but when you look at the desktop there were icons from prior applications. I will be sending this back.

Not Refurbished.
Buyer beware!The Good: The product (hardware/ software) specifications match the advertisement.The Bad: The item is not refurbished as stated. The only action accomplished is to wipe the drive and re-install windows. According to the advertisement, the item is refurbished to look and operate as if new. The unit I received appears as though it has been shut in a car door. Additionally, cycling the unit power (restart) results in a 90 degree rotation of the screen… which indicates the level of attention to detail that has been used during the refurbishment process. The advertisement states that the product is “certified refurbished,” however no type of documentation to indicate its’ certification shipped with the product. In fact, there was not any documentation shipped with the product whatsoever. Nothing to identify the seller…which is an alarm bell; when combined with the other negatives. After restarting 2 times I received an error that the system memory has changed…included photo to show that RAM now shows 7.91 GB. If this product had been certified refurbished…surely the RAM would have been tested, the screen properly oriented, and the product cleaned. I will return this product.

I ordered the Dell Latitude E7440 touch screen model with 1920×1080 resolution screen but unfortunately, I ended up returning this product.Pros:This product has sleek design, easy to use, and is at a great price.Cons:Even though my order specifically states that the ordered product had a touchscreen with a 1920×1080 resolution, the product I received was not a touchscreen and had a screen resolution of only 1280×768.The fault was not on Dell, the manufacturer but rather on the seller’s.After the item arrived, the seller contacted me to ensure that i was satisfied. I replied by asking if the seller had sent the wrong product, explaining the discrepancy issue. I was told that a rep had been assigned to my case but after about a week of no response, I was forced to return the item.The worst part is that I believe I would have kept the order if the product had been as advertised. If purchasing this item, check the specs on the laptop to ensure you received the item as advertised.***BUYER BEWARE***

I like my computer, I purchased it April 6 2018, and just recently ty his blue box started popping up when I turn it on, it says my windows licence is about to expire. Amazon!!!
