Product came as expected for the most part, and I’m happy with the quality and performance. The only issue I have is that it wasn’t clear that the unit didn’t have built in WiFi and that it would come with a USB wifi adapter (which let’s be honest is pretty much unusable). Other than this, I like these units for their performance and ability to wall mount them.

Disappointing Experience with Dell Optiplex 7440 FHD Renewed Computer
I recently purchased a renewed Dell Optiplex 7440 FHD computer, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The computer I received was in subpar working condition and fell far short of the “like new” description it was advertised as.To start, the screen was noticeably scratched, which was a major letdown. It’s disheartening to receive a product in such a condition, especially when it was supposed to have undergone a renewal process. This oversight speaks to a lack of quality control.Given this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing renewed products based on what I’ve encountered. It’s been a frustrating ordeal, resulting in a return and the eventual purchase of a brand-new computer.In the future, I’ll be wary of considering renewed items, and I hope others are forewarned about the potential pitfalls.

When I took the computer out of the box I immediately noticed that the top of the screen was split open. It was visibly used looking. Plugged it in and it wouldnât even turn on.
