As long as your know what you’re getting and what you’re not getting these are fine
I bought a couple of these as a test for a few users who needed an upgrade from win7. After getting them set up, I noticed the performance was pretty good, the SSDs seem to be true SSDs and the processors are adequate. RAM obviously is plenty for general office for Microsoft Teams and Chrome browser tabs. Win10 Pro is a $99 upgrade on its own so obviously the best part about these PCs is the price. After the initial test I got about a dozen more and deployed them. I haven’t had any major issues. Certainly no hardware issues thus far. However, I will say there is a very narrow audience of who should buy this PC. Namely, small office users who will be using ethernet ports and not rely on wifi, using the PC for general office tasks. The PCs come with two USB dongles for wifi and bluetooth, and there are only 6 USB ports total on the front and back. So you if you plan to use these dongles you’ll want to pick up a USB 3 hub for your extra peripherals. Also, the PC comes with two display ports and a VGA for monitors. It does come with an HDMI adapter, but if you are using a dual monitor setup with two monitors with only VGA, you’ll want to pick up a VGA to DisplayPort adapter.I would definitely recommend this PC for general use. It’s generally free of bloatware and is pretty snappy out of the box with performance. If you’re an office IT admin and are on a budget, these work especially for users on old machines who will see a drastic improvement in performance from the SSD alone.

Great value for what you pay for
I am a huge fan of this PC. I use it for work and I haven’t had any issues. I would highly recommend purchasing a PC from this seller.

Solid, if older PC. Plan on replacing SSD and wifi adapter.
A solid little PC if you need something for general web browsing. I primarily purchased mine to use as a little server for PiHole (This was cheaper than buying a raspberry PI at the time) as well as running a server for an older game that doesn’t require a powerful PC. I pretty much have the same issues the other reviewers have noted. The SSD died about four months after purchase. As well as the bundled wifi device would refuse to connect to my router running custom firmware. Fortunately the SSD was an easy fix, and I had planned on hooking the PC to a switch via an ethernet cable anyway. Aside from those issues it runs great.Solid four out of five. Basically if you plan on getting one of these plan on replacing the SSD and getting an alternative USB wifi adapter.

Incorrect description
Says it has HDMI, it does not. Not even one. Says it has wifi, it does not. Had it for almost a week and haven’t been able to use it all. Waited for cables to display (display port to HDMI), now that I can display I have to run an ethernet upstairs and or wait for an adapter to ship as well. Just buy a different product honestly. I will update if I find something better than this hunk of junk.

Got more than I expected
I’ve purchased numerous Dell Optiplex Micro model computers because they’re so dang small and powerful for general office use. But I just can’t stomach the new price of $800 for one with a decent sized SSD.So I took a chance and ordered four of these at $289 each and was pleasantly surprised. All four work perfectly out of the box, came with keyboard/mouse combo, antenna, bluetooth adapter, and DP-HDMI adapter. Yeah, I was disappointed with the lack of HDMI port – I mean nobody uses DP in a business environment!! So I was happy the seller included the adapter. Also, I didn’t receive the advertised i5-4570s processor – instead I received the much better i5-4590. Plus these units were super clean, very little evidence they were used at all.So to recap, I get a three year old PC with a 256GB SSD, processor upgrade, Windows 10 Professional, all the adapters I could want, and almost one-third the cost of a new unit…hmm, let me think.I believe I’ll be gettin’ some more of these.

I received mostly what was described, but I am satisfied.
I received mostly what was described on this page. I did receive the 9020M which is the micro form factor. After reading some of the reviews here, I wasn’t sure what I would get. When I saw the package at my door, my first fear was allayed. The Fed/Ex box was tiny. This was definitely a micro.Taking it out of the box, the first thing I checked were the display inputs. There was a VGA and 2 Display Ports, but no HDMI. I looked in the box hoping for an adapter and there was a Display Port to HDMI adapter. The description said there would be a USB Wireless WIFI Adapter. There was no adapter included. The unit had an internal WIFI/Bluetooth card instead. The back of the unit had a connector for an external WIFI antenna, but the external antenna was missing.I went to the Dell website to look up the service tag number. The number came back as a 9020M with an Core i3 processor and 8 GB of RAM. This worried me as those were not the specs I ordered. I booted up to see what exactly the specs were. After booting, Windows identified the unit as having a Core i5-4570T and 16 GB of RAM. These were the specs I ordered. The description states that a keyboard and mouse were to be included. I did not receive these. The unit itself was in good condition, just a few spots on the corners where the paint has rubbed off.Windows 10 Profesional was included, preloaded with a valid product key. The unit did have some preinstalled software that was not mentioned in the description. I wasn’t happy this wasn’t a clean installation of Windows. I will put a fresh install on myself.Overall, I’m really not pleased or disappointed. The unit seems in good working order so far. (You never know what you’ll get with these refurbished.) The software and Windows issue is a minor annoyance. The missing items, unfortunately, are to be expected with used products. I really don’t need any more keyboards or mice. The missing antenna kinda irks me though.I wanted a low price, tiny, Windows machine and that’s what I got. It should serve me well. I am satisfied.
