Great little application PC at a good price
As a retired Systems Engineer who likes to experiment, I was looking for a small footprint PC to use to host the Home Assistant application for local (non-cloud) control of our smart home devices. Since I was going to wipe any OS and load the Home Assistant OS, Win11 compatibility was not a concern. The DELL Optiplex 9020 Ultra Small Tiny Desktop Micro Computer PC fit the requirements including price perfectly. While I am still in the tweaking phase of the project as each Smart Device has their own quirks and some of my devices are “old”, the tiny 9020 is working perfectly for this application.

Excellent small computer, zero problems or hassles
It works, doesnât stink (I think it was refurbished, donât recall) very quiet, comes with peripherals for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and tech support was fantastic the one time I contacted them. I blew away the os so I could build a NAS but then realized I had bought the wrong storage hardware so I gave up on that for a while and turned it into a standard windows machine. I didnât back up the original OS so I contacted them and they gave me instructions on how to get my windows 10 back. Quick and easy!

Broke in 4 months
Suddenly wouldnât start after 4 months, or just after your cheap 90 day warranty expiredâ¦.. in my opinion that is really really badâ¦â¦. It worked fine before this. I thought it was the power supply, but tvsf wasnât it. So itâs probably the damn motherboard. Iâve owned a lot of computers and never had a motherboard go out on meâ¦.. and definitely not in 4 months. There is no way you should be able to sell me something that is going to break in 4 months when nothing I did caused this issue. It just sat on my desk and I didnât do anything that would put stress on this unit. This is your fault. You sold me a faulty piece of garbage and i am forced to pay the priceâ¦. When i looked this up the power supply that came with this was not made for a dell. It said online that it was made for a Hewlett-Packardâ¦.. That very well may have something to do with why it isnât working. U best know I will look into this. Iâm very unhappy

Great PC!
The PC shipped quickly. The OS was pre-loaded and the config wizard launched as if it was a brand new PC. The chassis was clean and showed next to no wear. Zippy processor – plenty of horsepower for most any business application. Buy the extra-warranty and purchase with confidence.

Great value
Product is as described. It came with a display port to HDMI adapter. The reported Bluetooth and WIFI are accomplished with a provided USB dongle. It also came with a new keyboard and optical mouse. The whole package appears as new. I downloaded a more recent BIOS and drivers from Dell before also updating the Windows 10 Pro OS. I’m using this to replace a large tower. I love the small size. More recent CPU’s and memory are available in some other low cost e.g. Precision 7060 and 7040, but this one had more memory, larger storage, SSD and Win10Pro. All I need. Very happy so far.

No WiFi or Bluetooth dongle sent with thisâ¦.
Description clearly says wifi and Bluetooth, but when setting up computer first time, it would not connect to the internet because it had no wifi capability and there was no usb dongle provided inside the box.

Despues de 6 meses de uso, sin ningun problema. El equipo remanufactuado trabajando como si fuera equipo nuevo original. Todas las funciones y caracteristicas publicadas en la descripcion del articulo cumplen satisfactoriamente.El equipo originalmente puede venir configurado o diseñado pára idioma ingles, pero se le puede instalar el idioma que uno requiera.

Only bad point is the included wifi usb dongle.It came slightly damaged, and internet with it is only 2 Mbps instead of 50 Mbps (ethernet cabledirectly connected). Ive just ordered a new wifi usb dongle. Hope it will solve this issue.
