Great price, No wifi
Powered up PC and the wifi won’t pick up anything. There is no wifi/Bluetooth card installed. I have a Wi-Fi dongle for other PC and plugged it in and I’m getting wifi through it. Disappointed but not a deal breaker since I plan to run an Ethernet cable to it anyway. Since the listing states “internal wifi” they should make sure it works before sending it out. If you plan on using wifi, probably not a good purchase.

Network card does not work
Great PC ( if it would work). Can not connect via wireless since network card does not work. If i connect directly (wired) to modem – it works great. But my room is not right next to the modem.Very disappointed but since product is refurbished warrantee is non-existent therefore can not return it.

Fast Running Pc with 24 hours support
This refurbished Dell Precision 3630 Tower pc is exactly what I wanted. It has room for 2 additional hard drives, 32 GB ram, 1 tb ssd drive and Windows 11 Pro.When the wrong pc was shipped, I called at 10pm and talked with their support. I sent a photo of the pc I received…the next day they emailed me a paid shipping return label. Several days later I received the correct pc. I’ve never had 24 hr support for an order before.I’ve been buying refurbished Dell pcs for years and they never come with a Windows “restore disk”. You can create a restore point using Windows.
