Pc broke after 2 months
The graphics card 1660 super in this pc cannot handle the small power supply it has. It comes with a 360 Watt psu. That’s not enough to game on a pc with a 1660 super. DO NOT BUY!! IT COSTS ME 300$ To Fix it then it broke again… I know computers I build n messs with em n build em for my friends. The psu wasn’t mentioned in the statistics with pc this is not fair for those who buy and don’t know much about pcs. Whoever is running this amazon store just know u are screwing tons of people over. None of the components are usable anymore n I’ve done nothing to the pc but keep tryna repair it since I got. The pc turns on n off by itself. Worst 300$ ever spent. Never again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THIS!!!

I bought mine used instead of refurbished so it already had a profile on it so I had to format i saw in the other comments that it was loud or froze a bunch so far mine is super quite and no freezing I would not suggest buying a used one unless you know how to reset/format a computer but u cant beat how cheap it was if i have any problems i will change my review

UPDATE – fatal crash at 3 weeks
does what it says it will, only knock was when i unpacked it and started it up it sounded like it had a bad fan, grinding sound and such. started to return it but then i thought that it might just be a loose cable touching the fan. Popped the cover, one of the screws was loose and not screwed in anyway and sure enough that is all it was. Secured the wire and everything was fine.UPDATE: dropping a star because this “gaming computer” does not have a microphone jack. Really? did not realize it at first, a couple of days after I started setting it up, I went to install my headset and was stunned to see that all it has is a speaker output. Maybe I just haven’t found it yet? If I find it (or if the seller responds and tells me where it is) I will restore the star…UPDATE AGAIN: its been a month or so and woke up to a hard drive failure, and no way to recover it or the data on it. SSD drive is dead and so i am sending back a computer that contains all of my personal data on it that i cannot remove since the drive is dead! Love the Amazon Prime guarantee so at least i will get my money back. First time I tried a refurb PC, i won’t make that mistake again.

Everything works fine besides the headphone jack
Headphone jack doesnât work, so I can only use the speaker. I ordered a USB headset and it works just fine. So if youâre having audio issues, try a USB headset Everything seems to be in okay condition, I did not get a 7500 CPU. Everything about this machine seems okay besides the processor.

Buyer Beware
Recieved this pc for my son to use with his occulus quest 2 and play games. The graphics card is a gtx 1660 super but the power supply unit is 240watts. You need 450watts minimum to run the graphics. The pc just shuts off if you launch a game after 1-2 minutes because it’s not getting enough power..does not work as advertised. Couldn’t even get their “support” on the phone tried over multiple days you wait on hold for a few minutes and then the automated voice says please try again later and hangs up on you.

What a piece of junk. The computer is loud, slow and then to top it off, the monitors stopped receiving a signal after less than a week after I received it. Initially the screens froze. After trying normal methods to unfreeze the screens, I tired a hard reset to no avail. I switched the HDMI cables and tried different monitors. Completely useless. I have no choice but to take it to a repair shop instead of returning it because I have business financial statements and account numbers downloaded in the files as this was to be used as a spare computer in my office. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER.
