Great unit, very quiet.
Very impressed with this until. It only came with 16′ lines. It doesn’t come with a condensate pump or have room in unit to place one. I ordered seperate pumps as my install required pumping the water that drains from head unit into attic to then drain out of house via 3/4″ pvc line. I also had to run my lines through attic as I placed my head units on interior walls.This unit heat, cools and dehumidifies, very quickly. My home is nearly 2k ft and this 27k unit moderates the Temps with ease.If unit is placed in Central location, it seems to circulate air with ease and even into 3 bedrooms, when I just have unit installed in the hallway. Love it!Wish the instructions were better…yes you need a hvac tech or tool to vacuum lines before releasing refrigerant from condenser unit.

Great system
I live in an old log house. Canât have a regular HVAC. Got this to replace another minisplit that I took back to Home Depot after 3 weeks. No issues with this system. Keeps the house cold in the Texas heat. Highly recommend.

I love this unit
You will need a vacuum pump and gauges to install this unit yourself, it cools my house amazing. Only pulls 9 amps when both heads are blowing. Super quiet. I wish you could choose the length of your line sets, but overall I highly recommend this unit

Just Installed, So far it works.
Easy install. Very straightforward. Instructions are ok but online youtube videos are better. Did this install myself and it went well, a lot of work but about 12 hours to do a dual head unit.

Worst unit ever !! Stay away
This unit hasn’t worked since the initial install. It keeps giving error codes, already replaced the main board, still giving error codes. For what I paid for this, I think it was a dud I received from the get go !! I’m highly disappointed..and just 2 days past the return window !!
