This was our second replacement video card (in the last 6 months) for an old Mac Pro and the product we received was brand new as promised by this vendor. The first card was from a different vendor and they would not take the noisy, defective card back. Prior to completing the order we were contacted by the vendor to make sure we were getting the correct video card. The gentleman we spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional – bottom line their Customer Service was impeccable! The new card is quiet and is working perfectly. I highly recommend this vendor for their high quality products but more importantly, their commitment to making sure their customers are getting exactly what they need. It was a pleasure dealing with this honorable and reputable vendor.

High End Card Too Noisy Went Back to This One
This came with my Mac Pro 2009 model. Later I replaced this with an ATI 5870. Over the course of a couple of years I went back to this stock video card because it runs so quiet. The Mac runs a bit cooler with it too. For increasing computer speed upgrading to an SSD drive and increasing the physical RAM memory had a far bigger impact when making the computer zippier.
