Exceeded expectations
After reading some reviews I knew this was a gamble. However, Iâm very happy with my purchase. It did come completely dead and needed a good charge but so far so good. It came in near perfect condition. Packaging could have been more secure tho. The interior was a little dusty so I wiped it down but there are NO scratches, dents or even knicks. I held it under a bright lamp for a while and I will say itâs close to perfect. Battery is strong and does the job I need very well. Will update in about a month.

Love My Mac Air
It is a gray lightweight MacAir The screen quality is good. So far, the battery life is good. It did have a small ding on the cover. However, the functionality is great considering it is a 2020 model and is refurbished. Definitely, worth the money spent. Heat level is good has not overheated. As with any laptop or computer it needs ventilation. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Worst used Ive Ever Bought.
Iâve bought several used Apple products from Amazon that included iPads, Macâs, etc. I know buying used come with some risks and I expect that anytime I buy used electronics. However, these MacBooks came with fake Apple chargers that donât work which means they werenât tested before being shipped. The screen also doesnât turn on and when it does, it freezes or glitches real bad. It took me an 1hr to set up one computer. It has never done that using an Apple product. Maybe I got the bad end of the stick. But Iâm returning asap and buying from another user. The only positive was they arrived on time but other than that, not a great product. They donât test them thoroughly enough and trust me, Iâm an Apple consumer. I have 7 MacBooks, 12 iPads, 6 apple watchers, and most I bought used so I know when a product has been tested and when it has not. These were refurbished with care and details. No way they were. As far as the scratch, Iâm ok with that but you canât give me a dent and defective product with a charger that doesnât work.

Exterior scuffs con
Was skeptical like everyone else but I can say that outside of the exterior scuffs, and also small minor dent this computer is perfect, I ordered the âGoodâ condition. No scratches on screen, keyboard is perfect, speakers are perfect, battery is very good, charger was in great condition, overall good computer, except exterior scuffs (just order a case) and youâre good

Just received this product yesterday and this is the worth the money! My Mac has no scratches whatsoever and I have no problem with the usage as well. Works wonders highly recommend!

Very cutesy and affordable ðð¸ððð
I already have a laptop but itâs mainly for gaming. I also work from home so I decided that now would be a good time to invest in a laptop so I can work on. Iâm not gonna lie I was scared because I didnât want it to have a bunch of scratches so I already told myself if there were too many scratches I would return it and invest in a newer model. To my surprise, itâs in GREAT condition. It also arrived fast. Which I appreciated. It did arrive dead but that didnât bother me much. It also had a lot of dust on it but I cleaned it off so easy fix. The sound on it is amazing and as far as speed it seems to be fine. I never had a MacBook and itâs definitely different than my gaming laptop so Iâm happy I got an older model to get myself accustomed to using it. This would be a perfect laptop for someone who wants to use it to store documents and do work on. I wouldnât recommend for gaming. Itâs practically brand new. However, it did have a dent on it which is hardly noticeable. For $400 you canât beat it.

Itâs good but
It came well packaged and with a working charger . It was slightly dirty but nothing crazy . I havenât noticed any scratches so far , but it is loud . I can hear air or the computer running and it is a tiny bit hot on the bottom . It also came dead . A little slow as well , maybe bc Iâm charging it rn . But who knows
