Versatile headphones with USB-C connectivity
I’m going to separate this review into the headphones and the USB-C audio cable, since they’re modular.First, the headphones: They’re lightweight (240 grams without a cable) and very comfortable for long periods. I wore them for 3 hours with no pressure spots or issues. The drivers sound very clean, with excellent separation, but they’re studio headphones, so bass is limited. They do respond well to equalization, but again, the bass is limited. The ear cushions could stand to be a little larger, but they didn’t feel uncomfortable or get warm over long periods. They’re closed earcups, and I couldn’t hear any sound leakage at moderate volumes. The headband pad is pretty thick, and combined with the limited earcup adjustment, I found them to just fit me at the largest setting. I’ve got an average-size head (7 1/4 hat size, medium in a bike helmet), so those with larger, make sure you can return it if it doesn’t fit. Hopefully the padding settles in over time, but be aware. The box included 2 cables, but only mentions 1: I got a boxed USB-C to TRRS 3.5mm plug with 3 button control and microphone, as shown in the listing, along with a 6.35mm TRS to 3.5MM TRRS cable with 1 button and microphone. The headphones have both a 3.5mm jack in the right earcup, and a 6.35mm in the left. I like options. Now for the USB-C cable: I was hoping for some good over-ear headphones for use with my phone, and not having to use Bluetooth or a dongle. Unfortunately my phone (Pixel 6A) doesn’t agree with whatever DAC the cable is using – I get a constant hiss in the background while audio is playing. It’s not bad, and can be covered by turning the volume up, but quieter pieces or watching videos, it’s noticeable. I don’t get the hiss with my dongle, which uses the CX31993 DAC.I also tested the cable with my Sony WH-1000MX3 headphones, as they accept a 3.5mm input. The hiss was still present. The cable didn’t have the hiss with my work laptop, a Dell Latitude 5420, so I’m guessing it’s just my phone. I’m not deducting any stars, but be aware.

SCAM!!! DO. NOT. BUY.
The usbc adapter the send this this product is a lie and a scam. The jack is too small and doesnât fit into the headphones. So if you need a usbc plug it on work, this is NOT IT!

Good sound
I use my head set with my PC for gaming and movies. Things my wife isn’t interested in.

On the gentle side
This one was a replacement for the original headphones I had (same brand and all). I sent the original ones back cuz the audio kept going in and out and it wasn’t even 30 days in. Got the replacement, all was going well until it did the same thing again on my walk. I did enjoy them while I had ’em, made my walks a lil more enjoyable but I’m gonna have to tap our on attempts for this. Gotta try a different brand. And the replacement pair is a bit over 30 days and I don’t feel like fussing for a refund.

Great Quality
I was shockingly surprised at the quality of the product. Extremely Comfortable, Crisp clean sound, cancels outside noise, and easy to use. Works amazingly with my phone to make calls as well.

Why, Oh Why.
I had just gotten off the disappointment of the Hecate BT earbuds, not being what i needed them to be, only to try and bounce back with a set of value non gamer headphones, only to be left laying in bed, smoking, full of regret, and shame…….. for what I had just done…Once you open the package, and see they are just loose in the package, you realize even the company that makes these, doesn’t care about them, because they are not “Encased” in the packaging.Upon pulling them out of the package, they are very lite….. like to lite to be what they claimed “Studio DJ Monitors”Next inspecting. The use of metal for the adjustment notches, is appreciated over the plastic style, but I prefer the resistance style of band that doesnt have “clicks”The earcups seem to be genericNo resistance to the cups, so they are constantly flip flopping aroundHeadband is thin and easily gives you a pressure point on your brain bucket, any looser on the bucket and they move…The branding, and aesthetic of the headphones is deceiving, they look like nice quality, value headphones……So i was hoping not to be disappointed with the audioSo I pulled up a few audio test tracks to determine how good the audio was. (I am by no means an audiophile)First test: Freq Response. Not to shabby for the askSecond Test: BassCertain tracks sounded good, the punchy bass was Ok, but the Rap bass, left me wanting more bass.Third Test: 4D, 8D, 12D4D, including Dolby Atmos Track…… Meh8D, was amazing, except it felt like there was no frontal sound ever, it always sounded like it was behind me.12D, got to distracting because again, never felt like i was getting anything ahead of me, just to the sides and behind.Final test: Baby Got Brap / Still DreAbsolutely lacking that style of bass ruined these songs. Yet I cranked them all the way up, never got any buzz, crackles or even clipping oddly.Overall for the ask, if you DONT plan on listening to rap, these will probably be a great headphone for the ask.I cant believe they didnt clip…wow.

Nice set for Numark Mixstream Pro
I was in serious need of a new high quality set of handphones to use with my “Mixstream pro” standalone mixing console, these have really been good. They are comfortable even going into multi-hour broadcast performances. The selection of basically every type of connection you might require was very nice and handy as well. The sound is crisp and clear.. and most importantly to me, they aren’t artificially boosted for bass or anything else which can be a disaster for a mix show or club dj.This dj recommends this set.
