This is my second Flexispot Electric Standing Desk and I love it as much as the first
This is my second Flexispot Electric Standing Desk and I love it as much as the first. My husband took over my first desk as he is now working from home. This second Flexispot desk holds my embroidery machine and spare sewing machine. Since the embroidery machine is not operated by a foot pedal like a sewing machine, I typically keep the desk at the standing height. It is solid even when the machine is stitching out a design with no shaking. Directions for assembly are straightforward and it took us about 45 minutes to set up each desk. I would highly recommend a Flexispot Electric Standing Desk for a work or crafting station.

This is a well-made piece of office furniture. I was concerned the two piece top might present a problem with the seam in the center. Itâs not noticeable at all. There are no issues with this desk. No manufacturing defects, no glue scum anywhere. The desk I bought was 24â by 55â. Purchase with confidence. Very please.

Solid hardware, okay desktop
Overall, this is a good desk, and especially so if you can nab it on sale.My wife has one version (bought as a gift a while back) and I was really impressed with its quality, so I bought one for myself for my WFH setup. Sit/Stand is a game changer, and definitely helps separate/distinguish the different work blocks throughout the day.Building the desk is straightforward and the instructions are easy to understand, even when the directions are a little vague – the pictures are big, clear and detailed so following along is a no brainer. Sliding the transmission rod through the motor was a pain – tolerances were very tight, definitely had little shavings after installing that.Once set up, very impressive – minimum sit height is about 1 inch higher than I’d like, but man it goes all the way up into the stratosphere for standing heights. (46″ is crazy haha )The big downer is that the desktop comes in two pieces. While the wood is of good quality – especially at the price point, nice quality veneer and finish, doesn’t feel like cardboard – the issue is that the wood grain is completely off. Big ol’ difference in the grain pattern, makes the seam stand out a lot. I was hoping they’d at least have matching (ish) grain, or even that the top was one solid piece. Not such a big issue b/c I’m going to be covering that center detail with mats/mousepads, but it’s still disappointed nonetheless.The hardware is quality – nice smooth edges, good paint quality and finish. I think the spot welds for the middle supports are a little suspicious, but they’re secondary/tertiary support so I’m not too worried if they don’t hold up. The buttons have definitely cheapened though, they feel about 2.5x worse than my wife’s older version. I think the single motor is a little under powered, but it’s not loud and waiting a few moments to get to full height or all the way down is much better than hand cranking, or fiddling with latches and locks ala a gas-spring desktop solution.Small nitpick, I kind of hate that they label the four positions as “sit”, “stand”, “3”, and “4”. Just do sit stand, 1,2, or straight up 1, 2, 3, 4.

Great budget standing desk!
I never look forward to getting new desks, and hopefully this one will put a stop to that cycle for awhile. I will say this is my first standing desk, and it is not PERFECT but it is AMAZING for the price you can usually get it for. I’ve had zero issue since setup and use it everyday. I’ll be keeping this review up-to-date if anything happens because that is one of the biggest tells about a desk.Assembly is not great, very time consuming and sometimes slightly confusing BUT if I got it together in one piece I think most people will fair well! Sturdiness is also not perfect, but it’s not enough for me to notice while typing/gaming. I’d say this is a pretty great option for those who aren’t sure if they even want/need a standing desk (you probably do).

Trash quality.
Terrible quality and design. Pre-stripped bolt holes, super fragile wooden dolls, holes that donât line up. Iâd recommend buying pretty much anything else. This is really one of the lowest quality items Iâve ever purchased on Amazon. Amazon should be ashamed for listing this overpriced trash.

I’m so glad I purchased this Sit Stand Desk!
I’m not sure how long it took me to put this together, as I did it while taking breaks during my workday. It was easy to put together and didn’t take me very long to do it by myself. I was nervous about tightening the screws in case I had something assembled incorrectly. I followed the instructions as shown and it came out perfect! After working remotely for a few years, I realized that I need this sit stand desk like I had in the office to ensure I’m not just sitting all day. This desk is definitely the answer to me needing to sit and stand throughout the day and be more mobile. I would definitely recommend this desk. The price was really great, it’s sturdy, holds both of my monitors and laptop and the up and down movement is nice and smooth. It’s comfortable both sitting and standing. This is exactly what I needed!
