Phones don’t last with my husband and so far this one is. My husband has the phone for 4 months and no problem with any media. The phone thats nice photos and phone quality is good, durabilitt and value for money and battery life is good.So I can recommend this as it’s a good buy.

Amazingly fast processing battery life last all day Fabulous Viewing Screen Easy to Navigate Apps Seems to be Indestructible as promised I am very impressed with this phone so far. I’ve been threw 12 phones this year all promised amazing features that were not true. This phone has so far held up to every feature promised. I dropped this phone 2nd day I had it from 50ft high not a scratch while crushing cars must have dropped this phone in crusher and it still worked without a scratch is when I was really impressed. I highly recommend this phone!

The phone is ok ..it’s not 5g ..so
So a friend of my purchased the phone for me ,cause with my work load I needed a “tough” phone . So out of the box it does have a substantial weight to it , I guess the bigger battery ..causes this . The start up was ok nice color graphics ,and sound is good , what I did notice besides it being only a 4g vs 5g where I’m at , it has a daily tendency to bog down even though I have the 8g of virtual ram on .., I sometimes have to wait for the phone to catch up to my typing ..which when writing reports can cause frustration , it also seems to hold connectivity better if wifi is primary and mobile data is secondary . I haven’t traveled much theses 3 weeks so I don’t know how well my reception will be once I start traveling for work .. I would actually like to trade it in and get a true 12gig ram , and 5g network .. so not to take a chance I thing I’m going to have to buy another phone to be able to keep up with my work load ..oh and also this phone doesnt slow tap to pay ..and certain debit card apps become restricted such as cash app where I use too be able to deposit cash now with this phone the app doesn’t allow me to do so …I contacted cash app and they said it was a software issue with the phone .. so I guess I will just use it for pics and maybe music ..we shall see ..oh there is no protection of the camera or light on the back of the phone so if it falls inthink the glass back there will break since it’s not fush with the phone ..and has no protection .

Constant Freezing and Crashes
Itâs incredibly frustrating to deal with a product that starts out fine and then completely fails shortly after the return window closes. Iâve tried everything I can think ofârestarting, resetting to factory settings, troubleshootingâbut nothing fixes the constant freezing, app crashes, and freezing when switching between apps. The phone just locks up randomly, and sometimes it shuts itself down entirely. Even basic tasks like texting or checking notifications have become a nightmare.The worst part is that this all started happening right after the return window closed, so now Iâm stuck with a phone that barely works, and I can’t even get a refund or exchange. Itâs like the phone starts deteriorating the moment you pass the return period, and now Iâm stuck with this defective device. Honestly, I expected much better quality from this brand. I definitely wonât be buying from them again, and I recommend anyone thinking about getting this phone to reconsider!
