My son loves it!!!
I would say for the price, this computer was the best choice for a starter one! My son is a big gamer and he is loving this computer! I would highly recommend this to anyone! Great price and awesome performance!

Really disappointed
I was so excited but when using this pc I had so many issues1. I had a hard time connecting to the wifi because it didnât list mine even tho my wifi works perfectly fine and every device expect for the pc was connected.2. Week later my computer all of sudden makes a weird loud rattling noise and everytime you move the stick antennas the rattling noise became worst it was so LOUD!3.started going black at first I thought it was my monitor but when I plugged it in to something elseâs my monitor was fine I even changed the hdmi cable just in case but nothing worked when the black screen did disappear green lines that had dots all over them showed up on screen (once again checked if it was my monitor itâs not) and then the computer would crash.Had this computer for 2 weeks as of today tried fixing using online guides and calling tech support tech support said I should just return it which I am just really disappointed.Update 12/6/2023: the pc no longer works doesnât even turn on so Iâm returning it this Saturday donât waste youâre time on this pc

This PC is really great for starters and itâs affordable. If you have the rtx 2060 pc there might be a problem that youâre gonna have to face. for some reason the PC came with a 32ram but the motherboard couldnât handle enough so you may have to take out one ram out so you end up 24 ram which is really good anywayBut overall itâs pretty good. I have no problems with it so far.

We only had limited budget and came across this pc, saw the specs and made mind to buy this pc. Took a week to arrive. It was double boxed and securily packed. It was plug and play, all the updates and drivers were done by seller only.Great PC.

Not sure whether or blame the computer makers or those who deliver the package
Both times I ordered this computer, when the computer arrived, neither time did the computer work or boot up as it should. Itâs hard for me to believe that a brand of computers is out here sending gaming desktops to ppl and they are all being properly cared for in the delivery process and itâs that the computer company is a crappy computer company and only sell a bunch of flickering lights and not a reputable computer system.

Amazing customer service
This is one of the best and cheapest pc in the market, my Bluetooth was not working earlier I reached out to the IT tech support and they sent me an external dongle and now I have a fully functioning PC. I highly recommend this option for people who have low budget.

It was actually a lost of my money
Here i am thinking, what a great find i have made for my only son’s Christmas present! He adores technology and computers and above all computer gaming!! We got so excited that the computers arrived super fast and we couldn’t wait to start using it, but a couple of scratches, well , nothings perfect, oh no !! The cable for the keyboard completely ripped!! Felt completely ripped off

Performance with this product is really amazing! Couldn’t wait to unbox it because I knew that it would be amazing. Trust me when I say you will love the 32 gigs of RAM. Everything is quick and really smooth, can endure soo many applications open and won’t even push to its limits. Graphics card handles like a beast, don’t be fooled by its little number branding. The CPU is really quick as well, should expect that with an I7 its a great CPU. At idle, the fans are pretty quiet for my liking, when gaming its not that much louder. The lights on the fans in the case can be changed to what is set there. Keyboard is set to a still rainbow and the mouse cycles through a number of colors. All lighting with this PC can be toggled off. For the case lights, hold the cycle button for the lights for a few seconds until it turns off. For the keyboard, tap the light icon. For the mouse, hold down the button right below the scroll wheel for a few seconds until the light disables. Just as a warning, this thing is packaged so well that it can damage your pc if not careful. When removing that thick packaging foam from the case be very gentle cuz you can damage your heat sink on the fan. Deeply in love with this PC and would highly recommend to anyone! Edit: Wifi dongle unfortunately stopped working on a windows update.
