How the light works?
The cat ear headset device is connected to a power source via a USB cable to provide the necessary power supply.
Why doesn’t the microphone work?
1. Make sure 3.5mm audio cable or audio(green)/mic(red) splitter cable is plugged into connected device.
2. Check the mic switch is on before use it.
3. If the above steps are done, the mic still doesn’ work, please reach out us.

I love these headphones, the lights are awesome and the headset actually stays on your head. Its super comfortable and easy to plug in and play, I didn’t have to change any settings to get them to work. Needless to say it’s good bang for your buck. I got a two pack for super cheap!

*** update***While I stand by my original review about the product itself, I have changed my review to 5 star because of customer service. The seller reached out to me and is sending me a replacement headset to try in the event that the original speaker was damaged during transit.My daughter tested this headset for about 2 weeks prior to this review. The headset was easy to set up and fairly basic construction. The volume controls actually had numbers to see what level you are at. The sound quality is average, as is the comfort of the headset. The microphone cover is removable. The bright colors lights are cute if that’s what you’re going for. Overall this is a decent headset for this price point.

Okay, so far I love this headset. The sound is good, the controls are good, the cords are quality and it is comfortable to wear. I bought it for use with my Xbox X. Which brings me to my only complaint. While the site does say there’s a USB cord for power for the lights, they don’t explain they are all connected in one. The 3.5mm jack to connect to the controller is one with the USB for power. This, for Xbox means you can plug in your controller but no power for the lights because the USB is on the same cord as the jack. See Pic 2. I connected an extension cord close to my gaming station with a power box so I could at least see my headset light up.

Broke very fast
Iâve had these headphones for a while and only used them a few times and they already donât work on one side. If I rotate the plug I can kind of get them to work right but I shouldnât have to do that. Also mine do not and have never lit up.

Gotta be honest, with all the different headsets there are out there, I chose these ones because they looked so cute. To my delight, they are not only adorable but they are lightweight and super comfy to wear for extended periods of time. I’m using mine for work purposes and after having used them for an entire week (for an 8 hour period per day), I experienced no pain or pinching of my ears, nor that heavy-weight feeling on top of my head. The cups are well padded and large enough for your ears to fit inside of the cut-out without feeling that awful pressure on your ears. The sound quality is good too. It filters out background noise efficiently. I hear everything crystal clear on my side of things and the people on the other end do as well. The cat ears are removable (which is great cuz my boss would be less then impressed if I had them on during a work meeting with the CEO ð) and the light effects are cool. Just note that in order for the LED lights to work, you’ll need to plug the headset via USB. Overall, I’m quite pleased with my purchase and would recommend this headset as an effective and affordable option.

si me gustaron estan muy suaves y son los primeros audifonos que veo que no me aplastan la cabeza incluso ya no escucho al perro del vecino ladre ladre ni interfiriendo en el microfono aunque la unica cosa confusa que pense es que el usb era para el audio no para el rgb pero me los quedo sobre todo tambien por la cinta que viene pegada al cable para amarrar el cable extra que le sobra cuando estas cerca del escritorio
